	3 months after I switched my utilities, the cashback went to declined. I raised a claim with TopCashBack (not easy after 100 days had passed) and after a few updates and another couple of months, the claim was back on my account. However, it took a full 12 months after the original utilities switch before the cashback finally became payable.

	I don't normally post reviews but if I can save other members from this merchant then I will be a tad happier. Used this merchant last year to switch energy supplier, Initially tracked OK but when I chased it I was told the merchant had no record of my transaction. I replied to the merchant from the confirmation email they sent me but I met a wall of silence for months. Eventually the merchant decided they did recognise my transaction but decided the transaction was made without clicking via Top cashback (despite it initially tracking OK). The only way I would know about this merchant would be through Top cashback so to decide I used their website without clicking via Top cashback would be incorrect.................AVOID!

	I switched both fuels using Make It cheaper. Process was smooth and Make it Cheaper aknowledged you of every step till the new supplier took over. Cashback indeed was slow to pay (after approx. 6 months), but at least they pay. @TCB: Why is it that most suppliers/comparing sites in 'Utilities' section offer cashback that CANNOT by paid in alternative ways other than cash? (Clubcard points, giftcards etc)

	The cashback tracks quickly, but it takes around 4-5 months to get confirmed and a total 6-7 months to get paid. I switched both fuels individually, both experiences were really good; only niggle the slow cashback process... BUT THEY DO PAY.

	Transferred my utilities; Cashback tracked okay, remained pending for 3 months and then disappeared. No message from Topcashback or MakeItCheaper to explain why. Immediately tried to raise a claim, but not allowed because over 100 days since original transaction.

	Mines confirmed but at 32 weeks now. It says the last payment TCB received from these was for November transactions so i should be next as i switched 1st Dec.

	Cashback tracked OK. Gas & Electric switch went ok. Cashback refused. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

	Transaction made 6 months ago, like many others it seems still no cash back has been received. Payment has been confirmed but hasn't switched to payable. Starting to think this company won't end up paying up.

	Now sitting at 25 weeks and still no cashback (was 16 weeks advertised when I took it out). Once again another retailer that TCB should be removing however they won't as more retailers means better choice (just a pity they drag their heels paying). Surely there must be some agreement that they have to comply with in order to be listed. Would advise others to look at other comparison sites rather than Make it Cheaper.

	They should be taken off here they're just using Topcashback as false advertising.I switched on 1st Dec 2013 so 30 weeks and 3 days as at today 25/06/14. Being confirmed makes it worse they're saying to you ok fair enough we've got it all recorded but we're still not paying you.

	Just to add. The transaction took place on the 24.3.14 and it initially tracked but was then declined by Make It Cheaper EVEN THOUGH the switch WAS COMPLETED!

	I've changed supplier through Make It Cheaper from 'xxx' to first:utility 'iSave Fixed May 2015 (v18) only to have the cash back declined by Make It Cheaper for NO valid reason. So NO £35 as promised. I'm now bound to first:utility for 12 months WITHOUT any cash back. If I were to change early because of that, it'd result in a penalty of twice £30. That's hardly what you call great customer service. In fact, it's FALSE ADVERTISING.
