Switched 1st Dec 2013 took 5 months to go to confirmed but still waiting for cashback so it's been 27 weeks ago since i switched so a lot longer than the estimated 19 weeks. I did this for my parents and my Dad owed me about £35 so i said it's alright i'll just take your cashback from this . BIG MISTAKE

Well, after 6 months it's finally moved into the confirmed column. Certainly not quick but you can't really get angry when free money takes a while to come through.

Used Make it cheaper in December 2013. Tracked immediately, good email notifications, was really pleased. initially, but its now 2 days from June 2014 and still no cashback. Another thing was when I used the service it was for £40 dual fuel but tracked at the new level of £35.35. Felling no so good about them now. By all means use, but don't expect a fast payout.

I've been been waiting since Oct 2013 to get my cashback. I used them to switch my energy provider. My new electricity provider confirmed by email that I contacted them through "Make it cheaper", however, there has been no sign of cashback. The transaction has not tracked either.

Purchase tracked very quickly. Service was very good and switch has been seamless and pain free. Would deffo recommend using them.
Only down side hence the 4 not 5 stars is that we are now 13 weeks on and still waiting for the cashback to pay. I'm wondering if it ever will. I will report back when it does.

Order confirmed over 3 months after the order
Still waiting for payment over 4 months after initial purchase through Make It Cheaper.

I was simply driven by more amount of cashback offered by this merchant to switch gas and electric. 24 hours later, the cashback had not even tracked. This can be a merchant trick or topcashback, I don't know. Of late, cashbacks are not tracking at topcashback, so I would ask you to be careful if you really want to go this route. You would be taking a big risk here for an extra £5.0.

Hadn't heard of them before but needed to switch energy suppliers. The whole process was extremely simple and quick and the cashback tracked straight away. Was kept fully informed at every stage of the process. Excellent!

I looked up my unit price with my current supplier for economy 7 electric.
I then proceeded to use this site to see how it stacked up. I have found an annual saving of £137.00.
although the cashback isn't massive I am viewing that as a bonus and the £137.00 annual saving is the real cashback!
