Originally my claim was declined. Then I asked customer services to look into it. They must have resolved it as it suddenlt appeared one day. Thanks goes to TCB service team, rather than Manchester Airport parking!

I HAVE JUST BOOKED WITH MANCHESTER AIRPORTS GROUP AFTER SEEING THEY HAD A 99.5% SATISFACTION RATING.BUT AFTER READING THEIR LATEST REVIEWS I NOW REALISE IHAVE ZERO CHANCE OF EVER SEEING ANY CASHBACK.THEIR REVIEWS ARE SO BAD I CANNOT UNDERSTAND WHY TOPCASHBACK DO NOT REMOVE THEM FROM THEIR WEBSITE

They will do anything not to pay cashback, I have had to request missing cashback each of the 3 times and only had it paid twice.

I have had lots of issues with Manchester Airport Official Parking. They have not aid out several times and this was only resolved when i started to chase them to pay Topcashback. They refuse at first and blame Topcashback but it is Manchester Airport parking that do not want to pay out. I had several declined payments which have now been paid. You have to monitor your account as they are very bad at paying out.

Booked parking for Feb next year but they have declined my cashback with no explanation, there is a side note to the decline saying Topcashback can't investigate either. Well and truly stitched up!

Nothing wrong with the system ie booking easy and worked very well at the airport for the parking, this would normally had got 5 stars from me, however, cash back declined when I used the correct procedure as always and whats more TCB cannot look into claims for this retailer.A shocking state of affairs, DON'T USE is my best advice, there are plenty others provide the same service who no doubt are happy keep to promises.

Really annoyed. Last one tracked correctly, yet Manchester Airport just declined and cancelled a £14.16 cashback. No way to chase them either. Disgusting service
