M&S always track seem to track for me and cashback always paid on time. Really pleased as I order quite a lot from there and get free delivery to the local store so no postage.

Paid for next day delivery, for a special event I was attending, they didn't arrive. I got my delivery charges refunded but it took another week before they delivered the items. Not sure I'd use them again unless I knew I didn't need items in a specific time.

The cashback isn't a great amount but if you're buying from m&s anyway, you may as well buy online and get it delivered to your local store for free. The website is great and they always track quickly and are reliable. Can't fault.

Easy to use website. I got 35% discount off my wine. Under £5 a bottle for Marks and Spencer quality has to be a bargain. Cashback tracked immediately. Why can't every Retailer be like M and S?
