Half of cashback value failed to track - took advantage of extra cashback over May bank holiday period - this failed to track accurately. As always, TopCashBack have been very helpful and acted promptly to chase this matter up. I did not like the way in which the merchant's web site required opening of an account + password - this complicates the ordering procedure and I do not like my personal details being stored on a merchant's server due to potential e-security issues. So I am afraid it's thumbs down from me for M&S.

i use m+s frequently for clothes/household items etc. i decided to buy some bedroom furniture thro top cash back-it cost over £1200. m+s are abit slow with the cash back, so i waited some time before chasing it up. when i finally did try, i found that there is a limit 100 days in which to report a missing transaction. because of this , i did not recieve the cashback. not pleased

I have made several purchases over the last year with M&S and each time they track and move to pending, but when they get to confirm the amount changes to 0.
I won't be bothering with trying to get cashback from them again.

If your local store (like mine) is an absolute jumble sale, then this is great. Order online, then swoop in and collect from customer services a few days later. No waiting in for parcels, and no trying to find things in store. Cashback is a great bonus and discount vouchers work too, so cheaper than shopping in store too.
