The order went through and tracked quickly. However, two days later got an email from Customer services, saying that the more expensive part of my order(set of curtains) was unavailable, and even it still showed as in stock during the purchase, it must have sold out while I was paying for it. They said they'd refund me for it soon and that the other part of the order would arrive as it should.
However when I went on the website the same set of curtains was still advertised as more than 10 in stock on their page! What was that about I don't know(emailed them about it, never got a reply), but when it came to the cashback payout the whole of the cashback was reduced to zero by M&S.
So they charged me to start with, took about a week for the money to return to my bank account, and then penalised me by cancelling the cashback for the entire order just because they could not provide part of it for mysterious reasons. Not impressed.

Marks and Spencer sent clear instructions as to when the flowers were being delivered. They were greatly received by the recipient. They were very good value, and the cashback went through without any problems.

M and S cashback always seems to register and pay-out quickly. I always use the click and collect option to reserve items and collect for free instore. Cashback rate isn't bad either, especially when it's stuff your gonne be buying anyway!!! Highly recommended,Thanks again TCB!

The slowest company I have found..3 months and still pending! Would probably not bother using them on TC again...not really worth it for the time taken and the amount of cashback given.
