bought the same product twice in the same day and only 1 tracked, one item stayed in the warehouse for days before the courier finally picked up it after being told repeatedly that it was collected. CS didn't return calls when promised and they have a very lengthy claim period to be able to lodge a claim on topcashback.

Tracked within 48 hours - just awaiting payment. Seems all good to now. Ordered a nice case of wine on the subscription service which was half price for the 1st one! I get drunk and cashback - what more could I want.

Good quality items, tracking fine. But delivery seems to take ages and a few days after placing order then got told items were out of stock and had been cancelled off the order. Would have been nicer to have been told a bit sooner.

Tracked same day, only £1.30 cashback for £45 spent but better than nothing. Couldn't get any discount codes to work though, even those given on TCB that are not supposed to have expired yet.

I have absolutely no idea how Top cashback's service is with this merchant. That is between the 2 of them. You would need to ask the merchant that question, wouldn't you?

Very efficient at tracking cashback. What is there to say about M&S quality - great products. However... the customer service leaves a great deal to be desired. I have had endless problems with (non) delivery, poor communication etc etc. On the upside, I've also had lots of credits to my account to make up for this - but I'd rather they got things right in the first place?...
