Tracked within 48 hours - just awaiting payment. Seems all good to now. Ordered a nice case of wine on the subscription service which was half price for the 1st one! I get drunk and cashback - what more could I want.

Good quality items, tracking fine. But delivery seems to take ages and a few days after placing order then got told items were out of stock and had been cancelled off the order. Would have been nicer to have been told a bit sooner.

Tracked same day, only £1.30 cashback for £45 spent but better than nothing. Couldn't get any discount codes to work though, even those given on TCB that are not supposed to have expired yet.

I have absolutely no idea how Top cashback's service is with this merchant. That is between the 2 of them. You would need to ask the merchant that question, wouldn't you?

Very efficient at tracking cashback. What is there to say about M&S quality - great products. However... the customer service leaves a great deal to be desired. I have had endless problems with (non) delivery, poor communication etc etc. On the upside, I've also had lots of credits to my account to make up for this - but I'd rather they got things right in the first place?...

There was a message displayed before I clicked through to the M&S site to say that transactions were being monitored in "real time" to detect fraudulent use and any suspect transactions would not receive cashback. Well, guess what, I notice that following my purchase my cashback is £0.00. I can assure you my use was not fraudulent.
