Usually good products IF you can find the things you need in stock. Seems most things sold out that I needed. Having said that they will take returns in store. Usually find shopping in store best.

Instead very poor cashback of 33p on £180 spend! Initially reported correctly at £5+, but now reduced to 33p which has yet to be paid.
Goods and rest of service were fine.

As we've all come to expect from Marks and Spencer, goods received well within delivery time given , in perfect condition. Very good value for money.The cashback is a real bonus.

Tracked quickly however purchased items in sale and when items were received only half the order was delivered as items had gone out of stock between ordering and delivery !

Got my car insurance through M&S, price was excellent, with great extras included in the cover. Peace of mind with such a great brand name behind you also. Cashback tracked very quickly, but confirmation now due 5 months after purchase!! Then I suppose another wait before being able to withdraw - that really is too long. Price-wise and quality however, unbeatable.
