My first order was easy and the cashback site directed OK. I picked up my order from store and found that one of the items had half of the set missing. I had to ring Customer Services and the lady I spoke to was brilliant she dealt with my query quicky and was extremely efficient. I am awaiting my second order.

This always takes a day or two to be tracked and the cashback is minimal, but on already good service/prices the money is an extra bonus.

I placed three orders with M&S and have so far received cash back for 2. Just waiting for the more recent one to become payable. My transactions tracked quickly, took a few weeks to be confirmed and then paid out in less than 12 weeks overall so I am vey happy and will use again.
