The transaction tracked within hours and even got an email from TCB confirming it - which i think is new but very welcome.
M & S itself? You just cant go wrong can you, their customer service is 99.99% spot on.

I placed three orders with M&S and have so far received cash back for 2. Just waiting for the more recent one to become payable. My transactions tracked quickly, took a few weeks to be confirmed and then paid out in less than 12 weeks overall so I am vey happy and will use again.
