Bought TV and (free) Blu ray player. Linked offer did not work online and they were cahrging for Blu ray player, so had to phone. Was dealt with quickly and amount amended. Charged delivery fee online but lady on phone said it shouldn't be there and would take it off. Delivery was to be within 2 weeks but they phoned the next morning to offer delivery the following day. Despite problems with online ordering I am pleased with the service.

Took four and a half months for them to track the transaction and even then they changed the transaction date to one which was 4 months later. This means that payment is expected to be 6 months after the transaction! Not very good as it required 3 nudges to move them.
