Same story here advertised 10% but only got 5% on 11/12/09 - why does this occur ?
I went to submit an enquiry for wrong amount only to see wrong amount still quoted on the enquiry page - I KNOW I went through a link that said 10%, so what's going on ?

Whilst M&S might be a well known retailer, I did find that following placement of order that a BOGOF didn't appear correctly in my basket and a promotion code was accepted but misleading in it's description on screen. A telephone call resolved it, but it was still a pain and time consuming to do so. Definitely keep an eye on offers promoted and whether the discount is accurately reflected when making payment.

Casback offered at 10% but only traced at 5%. Upon querying this I have been told that M & S usually automatically increase awards at time of payment. Will wait and see! Goods arrived quickly and well packaged.
