	As mentioned in another comment, I purchased but only got 5% instead of the christmas offer of 10%. Little bit disappointed as first time using the site.

	Tracked within a day, but only at 5% rather than advertised special 10%, i remain hopeful it will be validated later at 10% but don't have much hope.

	This merchants transactions often track at a lower amount and are then uplifted by the network to indicate the correct amount. This may take several weeks before this is rectified. TopCashback

	I got the cashback fine - but watch out if what you are buying is VAT-exempt, as my purchase was. Instead of taking VAT off at source, M&S make you claim the VAT back in one of their shops, necessitating a trip into town for me (which cost roughly what the VAT was). To add insult to injury, when I returned an item I had bought before I had claimed the VAT back, they refunded me the price with the VAT taken off, and which I was then not able to reclaim as I had returned the item with the necessary paperwork! Sharp practice, and not wehat one would expect of M&S.

	Hi My Wife and I have always enjoyed shopping at M&S and obviously it is a big bonus to us to obtain cashback as well which in previous cases we have never been able to do

	Christmas special offering 1p delivery was great. Sometime found that you pay delivery for an item - only to have to take it back to store but then you are £3.00 out of pocket on the delivery.
