	Appears that Technology items don't track at all, or tracks as 0.00, and never get paid, even though on Topcashback's T&C's states it does, and I quote, "Marks & Spencer or M&S cashback can be earned from Marks and Spencer by clicking through and purchasing online as you normally would. Marks and Spencer are one of the UK's top department stores with an extensive range of products available in store and online. All M&S clothing and home products are available through www.marksandspencers.com, as well as some online exclusives. After the launch of the new site, customers benefit from an improved search facility which allows searches by size, price, colour, and style, plus enhanced imagery that enables customers to see their purchases in fine detail. 	U cannot fault this retailer in relation to speed of cashback,tracked with-in 10 minutes!Pity all retailers aren't the same. No hesitation in recommending this retailer.

	As a previous user stated, no cashback tracked from M&S when I ordered a wedding cake for my daughter! Not anywhere during the ordering process did it state that there would be no cashback given for food made to order! Extremely misleading & disappointing! The 5 star rating is not my representation of this transaction but merely an attempt to bring this to your attention sooner rather than later!!!

	Had mixed experience with cashback at M&S. All cash back paid within 3 months for clothes and shoe purchases but bought a DVD player online and the cash back amount went to zero. Still unresolved at this point. Would still buy from M&S as I like their products but not a consistent cash back experience.

	I am absolutely appauled at M&S's customer services. I ordered a couple of small items on 3 for 2, but ordered one of them twice by accident. The accidental item was a 4th item and although it was part of the 3 for 2 deal, because I kept the other 3 and wanted to return the 4th item it should have been treated as a seperate thing. BUT NO, they were trying to tell me I could only have the 3 for 2 price for it, which was about £2 less. I was having none of it, and after about half hour arguing the toss with them at the till they managed to sort it out. I was also completely appauled that they would not allow me to return a pack of drawer liners, and a hand wash/cream set, stating that 'it says they are non returnable at the till points' ...it doesn't at all. I will NEVER use M&S again, online or in store. I thought as such a large and long standing company that customer service would be high on their list of priorities. But it seems I was wrong.
