	Lodged a cashback claim but it was refused as M & S said that it had already gone through another cashback agent, which is completely untrue and I can prove this. Topcashback said that M & S would be unlikely to change their minds on the issue. Not happy.

	I purchased a few toiletries from M&S. My cashback tracked in a few hours & became payable on the estimated payable date. All in all, I have received good products for a bargain & fair amount of cashback. For this M&S is a retailer I can trust & will return to in the future. Thanks TCB.

	My cashback claim was rejected as the merchant had apparently logged the claim with a service other than TopcashBack. As the sale had been saved to my cashback account and I do not use another site, I thought that there may have been some evidence in my favour. Also the merchant had initally declined the claim based on a higher amount than I claimed. All to no avail. The merchants decision is final. Poor service I feel.

	Appears that Technology items don't track at all, or tracks as 0.00, and never get paid, even though on Topcashback's T&C's states it does, and I quote, "Marks & Spencer or M&S cashback can be earned from Marks and Spencer by clicking through and purchasing online as you normally would. Marks and Spencer are one of the UK's top department stores with an extensive range of products available in store and online. All M&S clothing and home products are available through www.marksandspencers.com, as well as some online exclusives. 	U cannot fault this retailer in relation to speed of cashback,tracked with-in 10 minutes!Pity all retailers aren't the same. No hesitation in recommending this retailer.

	As a previous user stated, no cashback tracked from M&S when I ordered a wedding cake for my daughter! Not anywhere during the ordering process did it state that there would be no cashback given for food made to order! Extremely misleading & disappointing! The 5 star rating is not my representation of this transaction but merely an attempt to bring this to your attention sooner rather than later!!!
