Previously very satisfied with M&S Cashback. However three of my last four purchases haven't tracked , and (so far) only one has appeared manually.

As with a lot of the comments, I made a purchase in November and it's still not tracking. Too much of a coincidence here with so many people having the same experience. This really needs investigating.

Have had great experiences with M&S Cashback until recently when orders made in late November and December have become payable at zero Cashback. Never happened before now happened twice in a short time. Disappointed, particularly as some were at a higher rate than usual. Nevertheless I like their products, always good experiences of them as a retailer.

I HAD ABOLUTELY NO PROBLEM ORDERING BUT MY LAST TWO PURCHASES HAVE NOT TRACKED ONE FROM NOV AND ONE FROM MID JAN SO 2 CLAIMS ON THE GO. I NOTICE THAT A LOT OF PEOPLE HAVING THE SAME TROUBLE SINCE NOV SO SOMETHING ISN'T RIGHT.

I've now had a problem with my last 2 purchases and my aunt and sister also have not had their purchases tracked. Clearly there is something wrong as they used to be very good, so I won't be ordering from them until this problem is sorted.

We have tried to order on line for the best part of a fortnight .Everything goes OK until you go to pay then it goes blank and your left with a blank screen.had to go in store so didnt get any cash back

Still waiting for untracked cashback from 7th, 8th & 13th November. Usually no problem until that week. Top Cashback are still waiting for a response from M&S although they have already responded and paid a later untracked purchase. get your act together M&S.

Having placed 2 orders with M&S in the past month - Im still waiting for both orders to 'track' and still NOT received cashback for either transation. Opened Missing Cashback case on 1 order and more than likely have to do the same with other order by the end of the month. NOT HAPPY :-(

Everything was going well with M & S but since they've had the 6% cashback offer I've placed 2 orders and neither have tracked. TCB are taking a long time to even get my tracking claim on the move.

It took M&S 20 months (correct) to decline my claim, never known anything like it, load of rubbish!!

Ordered a television from M&S and linked to them via Topcashback. Did this in April. Didn't receive cashback. This is the first merchant who have failed to fulfil their obligations since I've been using Topcashback. Very disappointing.

I bought a new tv from m&s in january and it still has not paid out although it has tracked (at £0.00). I also made another purchase last month which seems to be going the same way!!! Not very impressed.

In the past I've had no problems with M&S honouring cashback claims, but on two recent purchases I've had the comment back that 'another merchant has been credited with the referral'. I have no idea who this might be and am disappointed to miss out on the cash back.
