I have made purchases solely because of the cash back rates, every purchase from Mark & Spencer, I have had to make a claim & most have been declined, it's not worth the time or drama, shopping with this merchant this way.

Just made a large order, I had a code for free delivery sent to me by Marks and Spencer themselves. Code was declined as not valid for this order!!!Code was for purchases of over £150-my order was for goods twice that amount!!!

Very disappointing. Despite using correct order reference as supplied by M&S and also on the delivery docs they refused to honour the claim stating 'invalid reference'. Doubt I will order this way again.

Over £100 goods ordered in Nov 2012 - chasing ever since for cashback and found out today there will be none as apparently my claim has been declined based on me not using topcashback as my final referrer prior to purchasing, which is absolute rubbish! But apparently there is no way M&S could make a mistake as their methods are rigorous, and nothing topcashback can do. Certainly don't buy anything expecting cashback- from other reviews looks like I'm not the only one.

on 2 occasions a genuine cashback claim was refused , with M&S saying that the cashback had gone to another site.
This is a lie , and no cashback was received by me via any other site, nor had I clicked through another site.
Bunch of liars.

checked t@c`s and as I bought some clothes for pick up in store , my cash back has been declined.. So pick up in store breaks the t& c `s how does that work ?

Unfortunately I have never managed to get cash back from this merchant. The first time I did the order on an iPad, and when checking spotted the advice by Topcashback not to place orders on mobile devices for this merchant, so the next time I made sure I ordered from my pc. Order was for furniture and never received any acknowledgement re cash back. Was this because it was for furniture?

Not tracked after 4 days. Also voucher code if entered although not used ie didn`t purchase the item, on returning to use voucher, voucher code appears not valid .. although M&S customer service says it is and should get points

I made two purchases in November last year, submitted all the details of my receipts as required, only to be informed in March 2013 that my cashback claim was declined by the merchant i.e. M&S, citing "Order Cancelled or Returned" as their reason. This is an absolute farce!
Although this experience has been disappointing, it won't stop me from making future purchases from M & S, though I would probably not bother with misleading offers of cashback from M & S.

I bought my Christmas presents from Marks and Spencer and received a message immediately to say that they were experiencing problems with tracking but that would resolve this issue. No cashback appeared and I had to lodge a claim for missing cashback. Now some three months later I have received a response to say that they are refusing to pay any cashback as my order was cancelled or returned. Neither of these is true and I expect M&S have saved a significant amount of cashback with this excuse. Won't be using them again.

Always seems to be a problem, cashback tracks very slowly if at all. On many occasions I have had to submit a missing cashback claim, which Marks and Spencer usually decline months or years later for reasons which are not correct. Not a happy customer!

Buy from M&S regularly. Have never had any problems with cashback, tracks very quickly and payment is always within 2 months. Excellent products.

M&S appear to be declining more cashbacks as of late. Having got cashback from them multiple times over the last couple of years, I'm not getting hit and miss cashback, with a large order declined as another promotor got the money - which I was told by TCB I had clicked through from somewhere else (which was not the case). I made 3 large purchases in September 2013 all separate transactions and every one did not track and when manually claimed all 3 tracked at £0 (apparently declined again). I'm still waiting on the final outcome of this, but I would warn anyone using M&S to be wary of this.

Made a purchase in early December and despite making a claim it is now mid February and Cashback hasn't appeared so I have given up hope of ever seeing it.The amount is quite small but it is still very annoying.

Have had great experiences with M&S Cashback until recently when orders made in late November and December have become payable at zero Cashback. Never happened before now happened twice in a short time. Disappointed, particularly as some were at a higher rate than usual. Nevertheless I like their products, always good experiences of them as a retailer.

I've now had a problem with my last 2 purchases and my aunt and sister also have not had their purchases tracked. Clearly
there is something wrong as they used to be very good, so I won't be ordering from them until this problem is sorted.

Still waiting for untracked cashback from 7th, 8th & 13th November. Usually no problem until that week. Top Cashback are still waiting for a response from M&S although they have already responded and paid a later untracked purchase.
