	The only merchant which cashback never tracks on my account. All the others track without any problems except M&S... Just horrible! Plus when I claim the missing cashback from M&S, the answer is always the same: "you did not use the right product ID from receipt". It is impossible because I always copy paste from the electronic receipt to avoid typing mistake. AVOID M&S cashback.

	I have made two purchases in the past two months, and despite both tracking correctly, they were then declined for no good reason. Goods received and fully paid, no voucher codes were used, and no other sites visited, so therefore no reason not to pay out. TCB were unable to pursue the matter. Very disappointed.

	M&S would not pay my cashback and I am without a valid reason. True transaction of £300 with click to merchant, NO other channel used. Wasted 3 month chasing. Will probably not buy from M&S for a really long time as very disappointed with them.

	Useless, I've waited 3-4 months and then after submitting a claim M&S decline to offer the cashback due to not being able to trace my order on two orders.

	Repeatedly this never tracks. I have to submit a few claims and on this last occasion I have been told that my order number isn't valid even though the order was picked up in store.

	Completely feed-up with transactions not tracking then claims being declined by rip-off Marks and Spencer. My last three orders via TCB have not tracked. No wonder customers are leaving this retailer in droves.

	I have ordered many times from M&S however a few months ago I ordered from both M&S and M&S Outlet and it did not track, even worse you cannot return Outlet items to store but have to arrange returns. Never again will I buy online from the Outlet store.

	Be careful that if you return ANY item that is part of your order, the cashback will be declined. I ordered 8 items worth over £200 and return 4 items. Cashback was declined as a result. So if you're not sure about an item in your order, you can always order them in separate orders, get cashback with those separate orders, just in case you have to return something. The pick up @ store option is good for this.

	Terribly slow - the worst I've ever experienced! Took four months to even confirm after I was forced to claim, then stated 21wks before payment. I'll be over halfway into my contract before I receive my cashback!

	I have made a lot of purchases from M & S, and cashback has always tracked quickly, and paid as promised. I see a lot of comments here where people "have only made a purchase because of the cashback". I suggest that you treat cashback as a bonus, not as a discount, which is what it is, then you will not be so disappointed!

	Purchased car insurance through M&S at the start of May, nothing shows for a couple of months. Topcashback investigated but nothing has come of it and it's now October. Only reason I went with M&S was because the cashback deal made it the cheapest quote by a decent margin, could have gone with three other providers and saved more.

	I have made purchases solely because of the cash back rates, every purchase made from mark & spencer, I have had to make a claim & most have been declined, it's not worth the time or drama, shopping with this merchant through Top Cash back. It's disgusting how M & S wriggle out of cash back.

	Twice had problems with cash back with them now. This time declined with excuse that incorrect order ID which is not true. Vey disappointed with this poor practice and service. Not worth the hassle of cash back. Unlikely to use TCB for this merchant again.
