Tracked immediately, now passed to 'Declined' - would be nice to know why. Only a minor amount so can't be bothered to chase, but does'nt give confidence for any future purchases.

Brought a table for £1000, so expecting a not insignificant cashback amount. M&S refused to pay the cashback without giving any reason whatsoever. This was a genuine purchase through topcashback and the reply I got was "Sadly this is one of those occasions where we are reminded that CashBack is never guaranteed". Obviously you only get cashback when it suits them. Never shopping at M&S again topcashback or otherwise!!!!

My experience so far was excellent in terms of delivery and cashback tracking. M&S and M&S Outlet are one of the very few retailers that actually tracked my order straight away without me having to submit a claim.
Excellent quality of products maintained despite pressure on low prices.
Occasionally when a generous sale offer was on, one or two items were ultimately missing from the order, but there was nothing M&S could do about it.

Marks and Spencer seem to decline the whole cashback transactions even if you just return part of the order. This seems very deceptive of the deal being offered. I wouldn't recommend. (NB - Have put at five star so that my comment gets read rather than buried away).

Big thank you to Topcashback for getting the £12.33 that was owed to me from December 2012! No idea why it never tracked and no idea why the affiliate took nearly 2 years to actually come up with the money.
Have just ordered off the Marks and Spencers outlet this time and wouldn't you know it, no tracking. Here we go again!
I wont be ordering from either Marks and Spencers or the outlet store ever again.

Cashback might not be as good as you hope but I agree with some of the other comments, that you're paying for quality and anything you get is a bonus. Great customer service too, one item was lost and they replaced it free of charge, gave me a refund for the original order and delivered it on a Sunday for no extra cost - who else would do that for you?!

Have m&s several times now casback tracks within a couple of hours and becomes payable in approx. 5 weeks. Got free home delivery on the last couple of orders as they were over £50.00, normally it is £150.00.
