Declined Cashback
Matalan cancelled my claim amount because they could not track the last referrer. My claim amount automatically appeared in my account immediately after the purchase, if the last referrer was not Topcashback, the cashback would not have appeared in my account. I will not choose Matalan again.

Not worth going through TCB with this Merchant, I just visit the store or order online directly to save the usual disappointment despite the sales being tracked.

Put on a great cashback offer, so I used them. Shouldn't have bothered, declined my cashback, so I opened a case. Said they couldn't find my purchase so I provided proof. Cashback still declined. Would not recomend

None Payment Of Cash Back
I purchased 2 suitcases worth £130 from Matalan in May 2023 using all the correct procedures to get cashback, they have denied my claim twice for some reason only known to them, They are a big company and I am just a small customer so they can do as they want, I will leave you to judge whether to use them yourselves from what I have experienced,
