Have used matalan for ages as it is very reasonably priced so even cheaper with cashback and it gets confirmed within weeks. Have had 1 cashback refused with no reason why.

Always seem to have queries with this retailer, either cashback not showing or the wrong amount showing. Eventually get paid usually but takes some time.
