Declined cashback even though purchase made, chose click and collect, to save queuing, there was no separate counter for click and collect meaning i had to queue anyway defeating the object, happy with purchase though could have got it cheaper a week later when they had 25% off

Used 20% cashback deal on Black Friday, no returns on the order and yet they still declined my cashback. Just advertising high cashback rates to get more sales!!! Won't be buying from them again
