Mattress was meant to be firm but it was soft to lie on. We had bought it for our spare room for my MIL to sleep on whilst my FIL was in hospital. Because we had unwrapped it, mattress online refused to refund or replace it in fact they didn't care at all about what we did with it. I'm really disappointed and shall not be using them again and will certainly deter others from using them. I paid a premium for a mattress that was not as it was described at all.

Very poor quality "luxury" pillows, would hate to see the budget range. costs more to send item back than it's worth so just have to put down to experience but wouldn't use again or recommend

No complaints the mattress arrived in time. Only thing I would say is if you opt for free delivery then the mattress is delivered by one man only. This mean that if you need the mattress to be taken upstairs you need assistance if you live alone.
