	good games, I made a slight profit, if you like bingo this is a good site for it. For the cash back, mine is confirmed but estimated at 17 weeks to become payable.

	After reading the reviews (which I did after I joined Mecca) I didn't expect anything back from this site - but two days later the cash back is showing as pending. There are several bingo sites where I am still chasing/hoping for cash back but happy to say this wasn't one. They have free games from 6pm to 8pm for one week for newbies. Lots of players though so chances of winning are poor. I was extremely lucky in winning a small amount on a paid for game - I always chose the ones with the least players and by maximum tickets to improve my chances.

	Joined Mecca months ago and despite repeated 'nudges' still no cashback on my account. Not expecting any either after reading some of the other comments on here. Topcashback don't seem in the least bit bothered in trying to help either - never had a response from them.

	Transaction date was 28 Sep 2013, created Missing Claim on 06 Oct 2013. After exactly 28 'nudges' over more than 6 months I received a message from TCB on 15 Apr 2014 to say: "Hi there, We have been focusing on your Missing CashBack Claim over the last few days in expediting a resolution, and we can now confirm that a decision has been reached. I'm afraid that the merchant has taken the decision to decline your submission on this occasion. The reason that has been supplied for this in helping to clarify states that your 'Transaction cannot be traced'. This does suggest that the merchant has been unable to locate your queried transaction based upon the information that you have provided as your main order number for this, but more likely they have been able to locate your sale - but they cannot prove that this has been the result of a Top CashBack referral. If you can be sure that you have initially provided solid information in helping the merchant to identify the sale you are querying, then we are sorry to report that the latter is more of a possibility from these two interpretations. We are sorry that we have not been able to recover anything for you on this occasion. I hope that any transactions you go on to make in the future go a lot more smoothly for you. Kind regards, TopCashback Support" Really?! I was expecting £30 cashback from my transaction and have had NOTHING! Extremely disappointed with the response from TCB (regarding the huge delay) and obviously disappointed that after all that waiting to have nothing to show for it. A lesson to definitely not count on getting the cashback. If it's a good deal, expect that you won't get the money back you paid in.
