	Because I didn't log into my account for 2 weeks (even though my account was in credit) this counts as 'not an active user' and they declined to give me cashback. Even though I deposited 3 times over the space of about 2 months. I keep getting chased about 'why I've left Mecca' even though I haven't, I just don't play Bingo every minute, and they waited until after 100 days had passed to decline the cashback, so it's too late for me to submit a missing cashback claim. I won't be sticking around after this.

	Surprise surprise - tracked at 0 - still chasing this after 4 months - mecca declined it and tcb are chasing it for me i will not let this go - if they get the money out of you when you deposit then I want my tcb money out of them and I know its the luck of the draw but I have never won a bean they will not be getting another penny out of me until they oblige their offer and cough up

	I had to submit a cliam too but I did recieve my cash back. Nice amount too. Since joining Mecca they have also gave me free money for my birthday and promotional weekends.

	Had to put in a claim as did not track. Finally showed and became payable due to the grate service from TCB.
