In terms of cashback, not only are many members happy with the amount they receive, but others have left comments such as “tracked within hours, cashback received promptly”, “always tracked first time and always moved to payable fairly quickly” and “really happy with how quick it became payable”.

Despite having a ‘bad’ overall rating, positive reviews left on Trustpilot commend Microsoft for their world-class support in replacing a faulty product within three days and the very helpful customer service received when someone contacted them about an issue with delivery.

Watch out if you include Office 365 with anything you buy - especially if they are to be gifts - they start the Office 365 subscription as soon as it's paid for, you might not have the machine for a few weeks but the subscription becomes live immediately - much better to order it on the day you give the gift or you lose all the time between the ordering and the opening of the gift - unless you download it, install it and then it'll just sit there ready - using up part of subscription for doing nothing.

Terrible service from Microsoft, I've been trying for months to claim my cashback for an xbox one. They keep declining my claim, yet I give them all the order number and emails etc. I even phoned them and someone confirmed that my order and claim were valid and to resubmit my claim, which I did and today Microsoft have declined it again, I'm so angry!

An update on my earlier feedback, posted a message to TCB to find out why nothing was happening from the merchant's end 3 and a half months after purchase. Amazingly the same day the cashback which hadn't previously shown on my a/c as tracked flagged up as payable. No idea on the delay here but it is worth contacting TCB after a reasonable time has passed in case there's a block in the system somewhere

I purchased Office 365 on 10 Mar 14, didn't track. Submitted claim to TCB and they forwarded end of Mar. It's now nearly 3 months since purchase and over 2 months since TCB sent in claim, no comment from TCB and nothing showing in my account. Unless there's a miracle I don't expect to see the £9.60 cashback I was expecting. Pretty disappointing to say the least especially as Microsoft Store aren't a small enterprise. If you buy from MS Store don't get too excited about the cashback - that's my advice

Like many other was expecting 12.5% cashback and got more like 2% lodge a claim and still waiting I will not be buying from Microsoft again. Really poor !!

This was my my first failure at getting cashback. Apparently the transaction was tracked to someone other than TopCashBack so nothing will be forthcoming. I never liked Microsoft much anyway, so will avoid purchasing anything from them in future

Very poor .... was expecting a lot higher amount back as they claimed to be giving 20% at the time in fact I received under 5%. I lodge a claim 6 months ago and nothing has been done about it so far . Will not be using Microsoft again.

Like many others I received much lover cashback than advertised. Purchased some hardware with cashback advertised at 7.57% and received only 2.52%. I submitted a claim and has been waiting for nearly 6 months already. AVOID, very unreliable!

After numerous failed attempts to purchase online and my cards being frozen by the anti-fraud team at RBS I ended up purchasing over the phone. The phone rep did not advise me that they were putting through a new order so now I will likely miss out on any cashback. Glad I didnt pay for skype either.

Cashback clearly being offered at 28% on Office Products. Actually tracked at 17%. Submitting a claim as it appears to be happening too often so feel that this is being missold/wrongly advertised.

Cashback was much lower than expected, plus order amount was wrong in Top Cashback's account panel. Obviously bad tracking. Submitted missing cashback claim but still haven't heard anything back from Top Cashback.

when I bought the Windows 7 product, the cash back rate shown was 30.3% but what was tracked was ony 15.15% - which means a big difference considering how much the product cost. To be very honest, I would not have bought via TopCah back if not the high cash back rate. I enquired about the rate change but it seems that there is little they can do to update the rates on a more timely basis. Alas, quite disappointing really ...
