	I've previously bought from this supplier and not had a problem but when it came to my latest purchase, an Iphone SE on a 24 month contract with O2, they declined my £40 cashback. I put a missing cashback claim in & got a sorry but nothing for you. Very disappointed. I would be wary using Mobiles.co.uk & I wont be purchasing from them again.

	AVOID ABSOLUTE SCAM. Did everything by the book, locked into 2 year contract, after many messages declined £40 cashback reason being "Cashback not paid on products purchases”. So a two year O2 contract £250 upfront payment is considered a purchase to enable them to decline the cashback ! I have been fobbed off being told it a while for a response despite querying the status of cashback within my right to cancel window, but as soon as your first monthly payment is taken the claim is denied.

	Don't bother trying to get Cashback from mobiles.co.uk as they lie to avoid paying out. I signed up for a contract with O2 via this site and was supposed to get £40 cashback, they're response is that they "Don't pay cashback on product purchases" - quite pathetic. Good to know as just about to get my wife a new phone, you know its not coming from these people.

	No Cashback as Mobiles incorrectly claimed Topcashback was not the "last referral to the merchant’s site and this transaction."

	Cashback never tracked. Asked Topcashback to chase it, but have heard nothing since. Don't hold out much hope of ever getting this :(

	PATHETIC !! Declined a 100% legitimate transaction for Vodafone Iphone 7 pay monthly deal. The deal itself was very good, and phone did arrive next day. Good retailer, BUT DO NOT TRUST FOR CASHBACK.

	Refused my legitimate cashback claim. Had problems with them in the old days when you sent them bills and the refused to pay making poor excuses that the didn't recieve recorded deliveries they had signed.
