	Buying a phone via Topcashback costs significantly more than going direct to mobiles.co.uk! I wanted to buy an iPhone upgrade but discovered that the prices were all £110 more expensive going via Topcashback. The cashback offered was only £35 so it works out £75 more expensive than going directly to the merchant. Very dishonest behaviour. Avoid!

	Cashback refused as “Commission not paid on products purchased”. No exclusions were given on the TCB page when I clicked through.

	I didn't receive my cashback from this merchant, even though I followed all the rules. Topcashback tried to chase it for me but mobiles.co.uk refused to hand over the sum owed, and would not provide any details on why. They said that if this particular merchant declines a claim they will stand by this decision and refuse to review.

	Hassle free and easy service! Just go onto top cash back site and do the whole process of buying the contract as you would if you went through mobiles.co.uk site. It took a few weeks for my cashback to be redeemable but it is now available and i have claimed it to go back into my bank by bacs for free. Have used top cash back before and will use again. Thanks

	Ordered a phone on contract. 2 months later they declined my cash back claim saying they had no record of the transaction.

	Advertised an increased rate of cashback for for pay monthly purchases on O2. I went agead and ordered a S7 edge making sure not to use the voucher code available on the site so that I do not void the cashback claim. Cashback declined with reason given as "The reason that we have received to support this decision states… "Cashback not paid on products purchases”, which to me makes no sense at all.
