	It said £100 cashback and only gave £25. You then need to raise a customer support issue and it takes forever

	Preorderd an S10 Plus on the day it became available. I did it over the phone and was offered a great deal. 4 weeks later, as expected, the phone showed up and I have not regretted it.

	Had issues with tracking the cashback and a 3 month ish wait until it turned payable. However the TopCashBack team were great in sorting this out for me and provided regular updates.

	When I took my new contract it says I'll get 100£ for Samsung S10, unfortunately I did get much less than that, so I'm a bit disappointed. Generally it's pretty ok

	This is a good fast paying merchant. I would recommend for anyone trying to get the best mobile phone deals.

	Terrible. I had to submit a claim and they came back saying the account number was wrong. I had all the confirmation emails etc and was using the phone. Even copied and pasted all the information and still declined. I won’t be using them again

	if you order more then one handset make sure you get the right amount of cashback as I only got for one handset then got asked if i done it in one order which i did, and it was allowed as i had read all the terms and conditions. it is now sorted!
