waited 7 months for my claim, for moneygram to finally say "my transaction cant be traced" even when I provided all numbers, all info, and have screenshots and emails to prove
They wont pay you, lost money on this

Horrible Service
Don't use this merchant to transfer your money. No matter what you do, your transaction will not be tracked. And when you submit claim for your cashback, after 6-8 months, you will get a lie from Mone-gram that they cannot trace the transaction, hence the cashback has been declined. Truely pathetic service. Avoid at all cost

Lot's of issues with Moneygram
Most of my original cashbacks didn't track, so I had to go through them all as missing. Then when they did track some has gone to payout but others hanging in limbo on confirmed etc. This is how Moneygram is as a service too. If anything isnt making sense on your account like transfer status errors don't tell them about it as they will get paranoid and close your account and refuse to indulge the reason. This has happened twice to me before; the last time just a few days ago.

Zero transparency, dishonest
The first transfer i attempted failed due to system issues and although i made the transfer by initiating a transaction it was not considered as a new customer. I raised this as a complaint but was closed without any response what so ever.

Scam company avoid will not receive any cashback
Will not receive any cashback also there rates are very very low. Only sent money because of cashback but they have not paid. Too much hassle best to go with others.

New customer ,transaction cannot track, manual issue ticket ,wait for 2 months, decline
Return customer, same thing happen - cannot track as well, need to issue ticket as well.
Lesson learned.
