Bought a number of times & have never received cash back. Currently have a missing cash back claim dated July & no reply from them yet. Wouldn't rely on receiving it.

Made 2 purchases and both were declined Cashback. I raised a claim for both - the first one has been reinstated but it's been weeks and I haven't heard back about the second. Not happy.

Positive experience despite having to raise a claim. Monsoon took a little while to look for it. Howveer, found it, confirmed purchased and paid up accoridngly.

made two purchases as was impressed with amount of cashback offered, tracked very quickly in august last year, but have not paid out yet. Avoid using this retailer for cashback, there were discount coupons available at the time which i could have used in store rather that ordering online. very disappointed and no longer a loyal customer of monsoon

Purchased products on three different days from the Jan sale, each time not tracked, so far by Aug two of the purchases declined for cashback and one still waiting to be looked at by the merchant. I won't be buying from Monsoon again...

Love the way items arrive wrapped in tissue however had to return the dress, which I thought was beautiful, as it was very low-cut and would have to put a pin at the front which in my opinion would spoil it.

Monsoon is a great company to deal with, they are quick, reliable and offer a positive on-line buying experience. Cash back is tracked very quickly BUT payout is immensely slow, it has been almost 10 weeks since my first Monsoon purchase with cash back and still no payout.
