	DO NOT USE! I purchased a holiday in Jan 2019 paying the full policy up front. Still not received my cash back and it's now September 2019. Certainly won't use them again!

	This merchant is never tracked automatically by top cash back as a result I have lost a few hundred pounds over the last few years. I always need to submit a Missing Cashback claim, I hope you can resolve. It's happen again recently, thank you.

	Purchase home insutrance through More Than due to the cashback offered; it has never been paid despite having tracking, proof of policy and constantly nudging TCB. Terrible experience.

	Be aware that it states in the terms and conditions that any PREVIOUS or existing customers will not earn cashback, So if you were with them several years before (as I was) then you are not eligible for cashback.

	All reviews sound familiar. My claim of £70 has been declined, despite following instructions to the letter. Again, had to wait 35 weeks so now too late to lodge missong claim. An insurance company seem to be a bunch of con merchants. Will not be renewing or recommending.

	Almost a year and correct amount still not received. Should have tracked at advertised rate but they only paid a percentage of that amount and they are not forthcoming with an answer! Annual renewal arrived this week - politely advised them that I would not be renewing with them plus any future insurances I require, I will not be using them!

	I purchased a Landlords Insurance Policy through TopCashback in May 2019. To date, I have not received my cashback nor an explanation why it was not give.

	Not happy and won't recommend to others as bought in December and now in July and this merchant has still not paid me TopCashBack it advertised. 	Insurance taken out in January and paid a year in advance. I was supposed to get £70 cashback. Here it is July and no cashback at all.

	very poor indeed, i took 2 policies out months ago totalling £140 cashback on large insurances and they still have not recognised it stating they will look into it and it could takes another 3 months, would be very wary in future of dealing with them on topcash back

	Purchased car insurance in Nov 2018 using no discounts or codes and following through without amending anything. Cashback declined for "not meeting terms and conditions" in July 2019. Complete joke. Won't be purchasing anything from More Than ever again.
