	Purchased car insurance through this merchant. Cashback never tracked. I raised a ticket. After 13 months they declined my cashback stating "policy was cancelled". My policy was not cancelled. I changed insurer when renewal was due. Seems like they were holding me to ransom to renew. Will never use this merchant again. 1 star as cannot submit zero

	AVOID!!! Bunch of liars did not receive any cashback, been chasing this up for two years, despite the policy being inforce for a full 12 months they claim it was cancelled so no cashback due, I will not use them ever again for anything

	Took out a policy Nov 2018 and waited to now Jan 2020, to be told the cashback has been declined because all the payments had not been made, although the policy was paid in full by one single payment at the start.Would not recommend factoring in the cashback as a reason to buy from this company.

	Despite purchasing a Combined Home Buildings and Contents Policy, MoreThan declined the £70 Cash Back. Read the reviews on Morethan before you buy. I wish I had. They decline pay outs on a regular basis for no reason which seems very devious and dishonest. On the other hand, Topcashback have been great and a case has been opened with Morethan.

	Zero stars. Wish I'd looked at the reviews first - as with many other people here, after 18 months of pursuing this cashback it has been refused - despite when calling Morethan direct to find out why, they admitted that there was nothing at all which they could see which would make the claim invalid (yet after many attempts to resolve it has been refused). Avoid unless you want to join what appears to be an ever increasing list of disappointed customers

	Be aware that it states in the terms and conditions that any PREVIOUS or existing customers will not earn cashback, So if you were with them several years before (as I was) then you are not eligible for cashback.

	Zero stars - Cashback declined "because I cancelled the policy" - yes after waiting for over a year for my cashback I cancelled at the renewal when you put up the premium massively. Will now cancel other policies I hold with them at renewal - they are not to be trusted!
