	Ordered travel insurance on 30/7/11 - it tracked quickly but at the wrong rate. Still now 4/11 - shoes as tracked but at the wrong rate. Still not confirmed (at either rate). So it's been ages and no money - still in query. I'd be happy with the lower incorrect amount now.. better than nothing!

	Purchased Landlords insurance in July. Had to put a manual claim in and still waiting for a response. Very very poor. Would not use these guys again

	Despite the fantastic offer from MoreThan I have yet to get any funds cleared. I shopped around and could have got cheaper rates fron elsewhere but because of the great cashback offer descided to use Top Cash Back for purchasing my Pet Insurance. I also did 2 transactions for 2 pets but they have already wriggled out of paying one of them and only 1 transaction has been recognised - DISGRACEFUL AND WON'T USE AGAIN UNTIL THIS IS SORTED OUT

	It took nearly three months longer than they said it would, but eventually the cashback paid out, so I'm a happy bunny. :-)

	Bought insurance back in May, transaction did not track so put in a claim. Claim was put 'on-ice' until August then it was submitted, still not heard anything despite nudges. I would be surprised if I ever see my £70 cashback now!

	Its interesting to see some people actually receive cashback from these as all three transactions I have made with them have tracked originally only to change to £0 after a few months. I am not out of pocket as the quote has always been the cheapest but my next insurance purchase wont be from more than for sheer pride!

	Was very surprised that they actually came through, but sure enough a few months on from buying, I have an extra £25 in my pocket. Was expecting them to wriggle out of it, am always wary of big cashback numbers being used to entice the purchase and then big excuses used to avoid payment, but full credit to both MoreThan for paying, and TCB for reminding me!

	This purchase was made in February I am still awaiting the cashback from the supplier... in OCTOBER!! I am a patient person but this is taking the mickey.... Will not take out insurance with this company again :(

	On 19/08/11, I purchased the MorthThan Insurance Policy through TopCashBack. MorthThan Insuance acknowledged my purchase to TopCashBack as it was tracked successfully, and my TopCashBack account shows my total cashback of £85.85 will be payable on the day of 31/01/12. This entry is still in my account as of today. I took screen-shots at every stage of my purchase, so I have evidence. I also have screen-shots of the promise of £85.00 cashback by MorthThan Insuance. However, TopCashBack has created a new entry in my account for MorthThan Insuance, which says my cashback is £0.00. So now I have 2 entries for MorthThan Insuance in my account. The first one says I have £85.85 cashback which will be payable on the day of 31/01/12. And the second one says I have £0.00 cashback. With the 2nd entry, is this the first step by MorthThan Insuance trying to negate their promise and responsibility and not to pay me the cashback? This kind of breach of promises has happened to me several times with different merchants advertised here – I have complained and submitted missing cashback claims. I am beginning to wonder whether there is something more sinister going on here which steals members money in the form of promised cashback. If members cashback entitlement are snatched away, then people will feel there are no incentives of using this TopCashBack website any more.

	The cashback didn't track automatically. I had to make a manual claim via tcb. It took a very long time to be acknowledged by more than but I did get the cashback eventually. Thanks tcb.

	Very, very interesting reading some of the other comments. I saw someone saying exactly what I wanted to comment on- I checked with a comparison site for a quote and they were £170. I went to buy with tcb and the quote was... £230!!! £60 dearer. Coincidence? You decide! Wouldn't touch them for anything after that.

	All very positive. From experience with them, the cashback takes a long time to become payable, after which they take another long time to actually pay out, but still I would highly recommend them.

	Still hasnt tracked since february and top cash back have not responded other than waiting for retailer. Useless! And once you get on their mailing list you have no chance of ever getting off it again. Morethan have contacted by phone, email and post despite complaints and requests to be taken off lists.
