	More than, declined any cashback, claiming several options but nothing specific, when contacted direct they adviced they do not offer cashback.

	This cash back amount has not yet been paid. My account now shows £0.00 Under 'payable'. The amount promised was £50.50. Got in touch with cashback and still have not received the casback. Tells you to complete a ticket but cant do this as it was not due to be paid till 31 dec 12 therefore over the 60 days so wont let me complain. WHY?

	this insurer offered cashback of £50.50 on topcashback but only paid £45.45.Need to query ?

	Cashback never paid and query process has been going on for well over a year (maybe 18 months now)... After such a long time they are now claiming that it was never tracked but if that was the case (which I know it wasn't as cleared browser / cookies) it should have been a 1 month validation period... Anyway - Not great service and it appears others have suffered the same non tracking, tracked but not paid etc process

	I've been waiting since 2009 for £70.00 cashback from More Th>n and finally in January 2012 been told I would not be receiving any because TCB wasn't the final referral that was tracked. Annoying especially as More Th>n refused a legitimate claim of mine. I'll never use them again.

	Hi so far cashback still not been paid to me, took cat insurance out in june & its says payment date 31 nov, well that date has came & gone and i think so is my cashback. I would not recommend anyone to go with them bad bad service.

	Hi, I have also been declined cashback of 50.50 for pet insurance- the money is coming out of my bank and I have th e policy docuement ,if they don't resolve in next week i'll swap to another insurance provider.. very unfair

	I bought home insurance in June 2010. As of yet I have not received the £80 cashback promised to me. I wouldn't recommend using More Than for any type of insurance. I have since tried to make a claim on the insurance to be told I'm not covered. I also had my car insured with them and had to call repeatedly to get proof of my no claims bonus. In the end my new insurance company had to call them. I think they are a waste of time.

	Went with More Than car insurance because of the impressive amount of cash back offered,unfortunately they haven't delivered. Amount payable shows as £0, a definite con!

	Took the original policy out in April - since then the potential cashback has been backwards and forwards, put "on ice" for 3 months etc. It is now December and I'm still waiting for a sniff - just a sniff will do at the moment - that the £60 cashback might materialise. Not impressed with morethan, and needless to say won't be renewing home insurance with them.

	More than insurance certainly live up to their name because they were MORE THAN 3 times as expensive as my previous insurers renewal quote offering a far lower quality of service so will not be using them any time soon!
