I am utterly appalled with this company I have also been waiting almost a year for my cash back to be received. It took a number of weeks for it to track and has been on ice for 90 days and still nothing has happened! I will never ever go to more than for any service ever again!

I took out Pet Insurance in November 2011, which failed to track. Submitted a claim which was put 'On-Ice' until Feb. Today (18 October 2012) TopCashback notified me they had received a payment of £65 (which I think was the amount offered at the time) and it's payable. Very grateful to TCB for their help chasing this up, but it was a long and painful process. Pet insurance for about £1 a month is excellent value, but there are other insurance companies on TCB that work out about the same, with less at stake, so don't be swayed by seemingly 'huge' cashback amounts when the policy is dearer to begin with.

Absolute con!!!!! As with other people, I took out a policy and the cashback initially tracked at £0.00 which was fine as it explained it would do this and would eventually become payable at the correct amount after 90 days. Just checked on it's progress today and it has gone to payable but still at £0.00. Tried to log a claim with Top Cashback but of course it is over 100 days old so I can't even do that. To say I'm fuming is an understatement! Top Cashback need to change their rules on logging claims for cashback offers like this, as the 100 day rule doesn't give their customers much time to complain if something does go wrong after the 90 days have passed

My car insurance runs out in December & morethan have still not acknowledged my cashback due!! TCB have submitted my claim but despite several nudges i am still waiting!! Avoid this company as they simply want your custom (& money)but won't honour the cashback deal!

Took out Home Insurance in July - This was "frozen" for 90days - now showing as 0.00p. Sent im missing cash-back request, stating that the value is 0.00p. Cashback then answred with a defualt answr " this may take a few months ................... etc, etc. I think its now paased there timing period - will not hold my breath...

Considering apparently 98% of purchases track, I am somewhat unsure as to why, after several years of using Morethan, for a variety of policies, 0% have tracked for me!! I don't have this problem with other companies, so the chances of this happening all the time is several billion to one! Very odd. I keep using their products as they are cheap and I invariably receive my cashback - just some year or so after I should have. Why can't they sort their act out - there's no real saving in delaying payments for so long.

DON'T BOTHER TAKING OUT ANY INSURANCE WITH MORETHAN. A YEAR ON, AND STILL NO CASHBACK. TIME TO GO TO WATCHDOG I THINK. TOO MANY PEOPLE ARE BEING CONNED INTO TAKING OUT INSURANCE THINKING THEY ARE GOING TO GET A NICE LUMP SUM BACK, DON'T BE FOOLED! I CALLED MORETHAN AND THEY DIDN'T HAVE A CLUE WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

As with other people below bought car insurance tracked fine gets to payment stage and gets rejected by more than now payable at £0.00 NOT HAPPY!!! I paid for the policy up front in full and have not cancelled or had it refunded so there is NO REASON why it should have went to zero payable.

Utter rubbish. Tracked at £0 so a support ticket was done, after 3 months it re tracked at the correct amount but then after another 4 months it was payable, but the amount was...... ZERO! Rubbish, no help at all :(

My purchase wasn't tracked and I received no cashback. I know it isn't guaranteed but I took out a policy in good faith. Topcashback took a look of nudging to look into it and the policy had expired before the final decision was made not to pay out. In principle I won't use MoreThan again. Over many years of using Topcashback this is the only payment I have not received so I will keep using Topcashback!

Appalling, and website has been changed to hide the fact there are a large number of previous customers that applied for Cashback and followed the rules and still have not received a penny. I took out car insurance in February this year, pay Morethan £30 a month. The transaction has not tracked just like others at the time and 7 months later I am still wating back on my claim. Cashback due is £60.

I applied for Life Insurance through the merchant and waited six months for my cashback (£80). Now they are not validating this and I'm not able to appeal because - ha ha - the 100 day claim time has expired. Seriously guys? It was a rip off. Shame because other merchants have been brilliant with the cashback deals. Go elsewhere.

Wow, within minutes of me buying my insurance, the cashback had tracked. Great stuff TopCashBack :D I also hope the service with More Than is as good as I am reading about, which is why I haven't rated the customer service for them yet. But I have registered for my own personal Customer manager with them, and their quotation beat most others hands down, so its looking good so far. Watch This Space !!!

Like other customers, initially tracked fine, then went down to £0.00. I logged a missing payment query, and it was rectified and I have been paid. Not sure why many of these go down to £0.00, but it was sorted, so fab!!!!

Has taken 10 months but now have the £70 cash back - the transaction changed to £0 payable tried to claim through top cash back but this was a bit slow and saw no progress so went to More Than with the details and within several weeks the cashback changed back to £70.

I have waited nearly 12 months for £70.00 cashback from More Than. They have been supplied with all the policy details and yet have declined to pay the cahback owing. They have not given a reason why. One would have thought having got a policy number and date of transaction this would be sufficient for them to give an explanation, apparently not. I will not use them again and suggest you take heed.

Followed all the rules to get the £75 cash back offer but it appears because i was a customer a few years back the cash back hasn't tracked. Doubt i will renew my car insurance next year. Have raised a cash back claim but looking at previous comments i doubt i will see a penny from this company.

£50 was due for a new Home Insurance policy. Never received the cashback after chasing and nudging on numerous occasions. This was a tremendous waste of time, I shall not be approaching MoreThan for any insurance product ever again.

Still waiting on my cashback from More Than which will soon now be 9 months outstanding, think my policy will have finished by the time I get it, although have to say don't hold out much hope, it tracked too low to begin with at £45 when should have been £70, then after 3 months went to £0, contacted topcashback as it was outside the 100 days but they said they can do something so I can submit a missing cashback claim, so TCB really helpful but I have now nudged twice since then and still nothing back from this More Than, never had a policy with them before, never will again, previous years with other merchants absolutely no problem, tracked and paid within 3 months, think TCB need to look at this as there seems to be no problems with recent transaction but ones in later part of 2011 all seemed to have ended up at £0 payout, this is not acceptable. I would have given TCB 4 stars if they could sort these quicker when merchants aren't playing fair!
