	My advice to anyone considering buying insurance from MORE THAN is not to bother. Don't bank on getting your cashback. I have chased this thru Tcb and have been told that they can't do anything before 23 Feb. I bought and paid for my car insurance in Nov 2012. Not good enough MORE THAN and really not good enough Tcb who should be putting pressure on their merchants to 'play the game' otherwise maybe Tcb should consider removing them from their website as a punishment.

	Have now used morethan twice through topcashback - foolishly decided to give them a second chance after a 10 month wait (and lots of bother) getting the first payment. This time after tracking and confirming the transaction quickly, the payment reverted to zero for no obvious reason. Needed to then file a missing claim and all is now put on ice for at least 3 months. They offer decent prices and a good cashback incentive - just be prepared for a long wait and plenty of aggro before getting payment - assuming it ever arrives. Certainly will not be insuring with morethan again through topcasback.

	Cashback tracked and confirmed but then disapeared. Not happy. I have just reported this. Also I was supposed to get a dining card which never arrived worth £70. Not Happy :(

	Reading other reviews I became pretty convinced I wouldnt get my cashback, however I received it this week to my suprise. It was about a month over the time they said, but please I still got it.

	Purchased insurance on 5th May upfront and the cashback of £70.70 has now become payable 5th February. Took exactly 9 months. Have used More Than in the past but didn't take as long as this.

	tracked initially and then gone to zero. tcb will not submit until mid-april. I gather this will take so long to pay out which is not fair as last cash back with them was paid 9 months after policy taken out. tcb sort it out with this retailer. 3 months is the most it should take. Anything above this should be stated on the cashback offer page.

	Tracked within a couple of days, now just need to wait a few months for payment of £70 but overall switching from Tesco to More than saved me 50p a month plus the £70 cashback and the insurance also gave me £25 pet food voucher

	they offer £65 cash back but its been on ice for months, its now showing at payable as £0.00 so dont think i will ever get it back. could of got pet insurance else where for cheaper if i had known that i wouldnt get it back.

	Purchased my pet insurance on the 29th April 2012. The purchase was tracked with no problems. Average payment speed on my account states 26 weeks. Submitted a ticket this week with tcb(32 weeks later) and was told that my payment could be minimum of another 4-6 weeks. So all in will be 36-38 weeks minimum before the money is payable. Excellent service from tcb but will not be using More Than again.

	Still waiting from 9th April. Failed to track, had to submit claim, tracked and 8 months later still not paid. DO NOT USE MORE THAN FOR THE CASH BACK.

	Hi, I purchased my car insurance from more-than 8th May 2012 and as the cash-back did not track I put in a claim to TCB on 1st June 2012, I was told by TCB I had to wait a set time before they could report my claim to Morethan, At the end of august 2012 TCB put my claim to Morethan, Since then I have sent three nudges but my cash-back has still not tracked I think this is very poor, I think Morethan should be more honest with its customers, And not promise to pay cash-back if they are not going to pay it, I will certainly consider reporting this to Trading Standers if I don't receive or my cash-back or if is not tracked soon,I am very pointed with TCB, As they should not have company's like morethan on its site if they are not going to honer there condiments.

	Got a quote through TCB and the More Than quote was more expensive than when I tried one without going through TCB. I shall wait and see if it tracks... if not then it's a scam!

	Morethan declined my cashback without giving any reason. The trick is that they recorded my insurance purchase and showed the right on-going cashback in place longer than 100 days, then ignore this by reducing it to zero, leaving the customers being not capable to make a claim on it as topcashback.co.uk can only chase purchase less than 100 days old. Very dissapointing!

	Further to my previous comment, I would just like to say that following no payment or confirmation of my cashback claim after 7 months I contacted MoreThan directly. The lady who responded to my email was excellent and she confirmed that after checking there was a number of similar cases where cashback should have been paid and wasn't. They were currently investigating as to where the issue lay (them or topcashback) but in the meantime she arranged for my claim to go through as a priority and I had my money within a few days. Many thanks to MoreThan for their fantastic customer care it was much appreciated.
