	I'm afraid that my purchase of More THan insurance twice failed to track - Topcashback eventually reimbursed me my expected payment but it took many months ( nearly a year ) and should have been a lot easier.

	Bought travel insurance for £13.45 expecting cashback of £10.10, went to confirmed as £10.10 and then all of sudden payable at £0.00, What a bunch of scumbags. Top cashback would have a got their comission but the end user (ME) nothing, nada, ZIP! AVOID MORETHAN AT ALL COSTS, AS THERE IS NO HOPE OF EVER GETTING CASHBACK!

	Be warned, I went directly through morethan's site and was quoted £189, tried through TCB and was quoted £267, a £78 difference. Don't see the point in offering cashback if they just add it (and more) onto the premium. My 2 quotes were for identical details, and done about 5 minutes apart, so no reason why they should have been any different.

	Bought car insurance in January 2013 and although the £75 cash back is showing as confirmed it is not payable. Wouldn't use morethan again. First bad experience

	My first large cash back amount. Was a little worried to start with as it took around an hour and a quarter to track. Once it tracked it showed as confirmed instantly.

	AVOID. They just don't pay cashback and shouldn't be advertising that they do. I've been waiting 14 months and nothing despite sending numerous nudges.

	Avoid Like others tracked at c£66 and then reduced to £0 and is now payable at £0 I met all the requirements. Don't have time to be chasing payments, just need to trust it works which with most on TCB it does

	Bought insurance from These people last April still waiting for cashback, despite giving TCB 2 nudges nothing forthcoming. Do not trust More Than they don't deliver.

	got a quote direct via topcashback price £177, no problem there but when i went to pay for policy they were unable to process payment and to try later, left it for half an hour now the policy price has gone up to £199, is this so they can recover some loss on the cashback offered, at present not buying the policy still shopping around

	I purchased a pet insurance policy in January and the cashback tracked immediately which was excellent. However, it has now reverted to zero despite the policy still be in place and valid. This is not the first time I have experienced this with MoreThan and will definitely NOT be using them again for purchasing a policy with cashback.

	NOW OVER 1 YEAR ON, CLAIMS SUBMITTED,NUDGES SENT AND *****NOTHING. TO TOP IT ALL THEY PUT UP MY PREMIUM FOR RENEWAL BY ABOUT 40%. Re-new'd with another company and saved on previous year and no need to wait for ficticious cashback!!!!!!!

	I purchased car insurance for myself in May 12 and my husband in July 12. The May one tracked immediately the other one I had to lodge a cashback claim. Both have tracked as payable but showing nil. Top Cash informed me they are having difficulties with this merchant. Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! To date I am owed over £130!!!!!!!!!!!!

	Never again. Don't be fooled by tracked cashback, chances are it will flip to £0.00 soon enough. They 'lost' my online account even the whole application was standard and done online. This 'loss' coincided with my cashback amount shrinking to £0.00 as they had to manually re-instate me (meaning they could deny I went through TCB I'll bet.) Every time I tried to login it said my account needed to be reset and I had to call. Cashback claims go 'on ice' for 90 days at More>Than's request - more premiums out of the door before they decline it. Life is too short. The easiest part of my More>Than home and contents insurance experience was cancelling it after 6 weeks. They were very efficient at that - probably because they are having to do it a lot. I wish you luck - back to Aviva for painless, competitive insurance with a website that works.

	bought pet insurance 0n september 2nd 2012, tracked quickly but its now febuary 24th 2013, over five and a half months and its only just been confirmed and still waiting for payment. All in all great product from morethan, but dont be persueded by the cashback alone.

	Bought insurance from MoreThan in Oct 2012. Now it's Feb 2013 and I have not received the £30.00 cashback. It tracked at £0.00. I submitted a claim to TCB which was put "on ice" for 3 months, but now it's gone to "Payable £0.00". I've 'nudged' many many times, to no avail. No feedback from TCB at all. If TCB Customer Services read this, I'd appreciate some feedback and the cashback please.

	Took policy out in May 2012 still no cash back , I have since spoken to More Than customer services and they say it is not them who pay the money so nothing to do with them. Think TCB should move morethan from their web site as giving tcb bad name , as i have used tcb for over 2 years and have been paid every time except this time DO NOT EXPECT CASH BACK , as far as i concerned false advertising should be banned .

	been waiting from June 2012 - its now Feb 2013. This has been tracking at 0.00 for a few months. Put in a missing claim - nothing. It now showing payable at 0.00. great job More Than / TCB.........

	Be careful, I did 2 quotes, one on there usual website and one following the topcashback link. The topcashback quote was £70 more than if i go direct without the cashback! so i'd pay the extra and then have to hope my cashback claim actually went through, which from previous experience, I wouldnt hold my breath. I'm still waiting for them to pay my cashback from last years policy, and have had a claim open for nearly a year now, with no progress.

	have been waiting over a year for the cashback - have chased on several occasions - I think that the rating on here is simply to be able to notify customers that they do not pay the cashback that they have promised. i think that they should be removed from this site - only gave 5 stars to ensure that this is at the top of the list - 0*s is the true opinion
