	Initially had my car insurance cashback declined - however I'd kept a full audit of screenshots confirming purchase through Topcashback. Topcashback could/would not help, so wrote a letter of complaint to More Than. Have to say the efficiency and speed by which they resolved - and paid - was very impressive. Frankly wasn't expecting much, however the way they took my issue seriously impressed me greatly. Well done More Than for the service recovery - shame I had to complain in the first place.

	Had to open a missing cash back claim initially when after weeks of waiting my transaction hadn't tracked, Topcash back sorted that - thank you Topcashback - but over 7 months later I am still waiting for my confirmed refund to become payable because More than hasn't sent paymentto Topcashback. Not impressed and will certainly think twice about renewing my insurance when it is due.

	Purchased home insurance in August expecting to receive £40 cashback. TRacked quickly but amount recerted to £00.00. Completed a missing cashback claim and merchant declined cashback with no reason. Very poor - avoid!

	It has taken me 5 months of fighting to get a cash back payment. This payment was from Topcashback NOT "MORE THAN" & was a £70 settlement to buy me off NOT the £73.50 i was due. I DO NOT KNOW IT IT WAS TOPCASHBACK OR "MORE THAN" WHO WERE AT FAULT. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS TRANSACTION

	All went just as expected despite some initial doubts. I did have to raise a case when the purchase of home insurance didn't immediately track, but this was sorted quickly and the cashback became payable 6 months after signing up, as was expected. No complaints, and nearly full marks.

	BEWARE BIG RIP OFF! More th>n Offered us £40 cash in June 2013 for house and building insurance. Tracked £40 within days but not payable for 26 weeks. Checked after xams note from Topcashback saying payment delayed. Now it's showing £0 in payable and now over 200 days so can't do anything about it. Goes without saying More Th>n can stuff their renewal in June 2014!!

	Won't bother again. Bought 2 policies via tcb and never received cashback even after raising a query. No real answer given either. Pleased with the policies, but I did take into account cashback amount when comparing policies so feel a little cheated to be honest!

	Tracked and confirmed cashback very quickly, but all of a sudden the amount payambe switched to 0.00, despite having purchased a valid policy which is still in force. Not happy. It's the first time I've had a problem with cashback, but I definately wouldn't use MORE TH>N again - not for any product. They've lost my vote.

	Took out life cover jan 2013 , I have been waiting for nearly a year to find out they are not going to pay as they cannot be sure how I purchased my cover ie if by top cashback!! what a load of............. Top cashback have helped but if they say no then no it is, BE CAREFULL. .Will not use morethan ever again.

	Very pleased was cheap to insure my Kitten cashback was really a bonus vets4pets recommended this insurer saying they never had issues with them paying out etc happy :)

	I waited 8 months for my cashback payment of £83 from this merchant. It took forever to track and after some lengthy exchanges of dialogue with Topcashback staff, my claim was finally met. So thanks very much to Topcashback for pursuing my claim to its conclusion with More Than but I really do believe I will think twice before giving my business to this merchant again. I can do without the hassle.

	At last! Bought car insurance in April and eventually got cash back in October. Concerned when reading reviews after purchase that it was unlikely to ever get paid, more than has a poor payment history, but got it in the end.

	Purchased a car policy for about £200 back in late March. Tracked at correct amount within a couple of week. Lo and behold - £50 cash back is payable just over 6 months later ... as expected! Very happy bunny - one years comprehensive insurance in London for less than £150!

	I bought 2 car policies , only 1 tracked then became payable at 0.00 but then too late to open a claim with tcb, 12 month policy now expired with more than - wont go with them again

	Bought Insurance March 2013, and knew it would take 26 weeks to wait for cash back £70.70 so a nice sum. Now in week 30 and still no payout..... doesn't really mean 26 weeks then, so why advertise this! Thought it may have been too good to be true. That is only reason why I went with this Company, will rethink in future.

	purchased insurance back in march was cheaper than one i currently had however takes ages to receive cashback , now passed the 26 weeks estimated payable ,and tcb advised t owait another 4-6 weeks before contacting them to chase

	seemed like a good deal with the cashback and quick to get it noted on the pending file alas I am still pending and have exceeded the estimated date not impressed with more>than but have generally had good results from Topcash and negative feed back is solely more>than.

	I took out a home insurance policy in march with the cashback being £60.60 which said it would be payable in 24 weeks. 24 weeks is now up and the payable amount is £0.00!!! Filed a complaint on this and awaiting a reponse. Not happy

	Cash back tracked at full amount, confirmed and then VANISHED a week before becoming payable! Still waiting for TCB to do anything, but no one seems that bothered. Total rip off - AVOID if you think you will get cash back for your insurance - you won't :(

	Car policy purchase tracked immediately at £60.60 and showed as confirmed until over 100 days. Then changed to £0.00. Have lodged a claim as policy bought and still in force. Waiting to see if claim is successful or not but not holding out any hope!
