	Have had mixed dealings with More Th>n. One insurance purchase tracked eventually and has gone to paid out, but the other has not been tracked by them. Have provided full details and I am 100% sure I went via TCB (due to the amount of cashback I had double checked that all history, etc had been cleared and that the system had registered). Despite this there has been no payout on the 2nd transaction. May consider using again, but would do the sums carefully if planning on offsetting the cashback against the original cost.

	Waited almost 12 months for cash back only to finally just before the renewal date have it refused by More than, good timing really as it cements my decision to not renew with them and never use them again

	Is there an option for no stars! Bought pet insurance back in February 2014, still waiting for the cashback to be paid (as of today 10th Feb 2015). All that TCB reps can say is that due to it being through an affiliate marketing network, they can't chase it up. Not hopeful that I will actually receive my cashback :-(

	Don't waste you time filling in the forms if you are trying to add on a driver under 18! they won't give you a quote.

	Pet insurance in March and like so many others still nothing after 9 months. TCB have yet again told me: Your Missing CashBack claim has now been submitted to MORE TH>N Insurance (via their affiliate network or representative management agency who run their online programme for them). How many times are you just going to keep doing the same thing TCB ? it's happening more and more on TCB now, you just cant put your trust in them any more.

	Used this merchant February and July £30.30 and £20.20 respectively still no cash back, although confirmed, either morethan are a set of conmen or TCB are I don't know which. Would not recommend either to anybody, but maybe I'll be surprised but I won't hold my breath, what a way to treat people typical big business's.

	Cash back has been sitting as confirmed but not payable for over 7 months. Just tried to chase it as it says it can take 26 weeks, only to find you can only chase claims under 200 days old. That gives you an 18 day window to chase after waiting 6 months. I'll just have to wait and hope. Very annoying.

	Twice now I haven't had cashback from this company. Gave up on the first one at the start of the year and recently completed a car insurance transaction where it hasn't tracked or come up in my account for 2 weeks now. Rang More Than who say they have no record of my purchase. I've logged a clain with TopCashback including my policy number etc but this has to wait 3 months. Under the circumstances I would not recommend using Morethan as they do not pay and it's too much hassle, AVOID !

	Merchant declined cashback after taking more than 12 months to reach a decision giving no reason despite proof of policy and compliance with t/cs being provided. Cashback offers are not dependable.

	Terrible. Have two outstanding cashbacks for nearly £100 each - one is 6 months old and the other over 4 months old. Will never use them again as only cheaper than previous insurer with the cashback so has cost me money.

	Very disappointed regarding cashback with this merchant; I should have read all the other reviews first! I signed up to contents insurance when there was a £42 cashback promotion. Cashback tracked at £10.50 and two weeks later, amount was dropped to zero and cashback declined with no reason given. I have put in a manual claim but Topcashback policy means that the claim won't be submitted for 90 days. Given other reviews, I won't hold my breath on ever seeing a cent of this cashback!

	I have used morethan for pet insurance several times- always tracked quickly -does take quite a time to become payable (up to 6 months in 1 case) but always had in the end- like all cashback deals- if its good value anyway the cashback it a real bonus - would use again
