	Took out pet insurance in April and has just now been declined. Will not be renewing with More Than and will not take out any other insurance policy's with them. I feel conned as this was the only reason I took out insurance with them in the first place! Don't use.

	I took our a new policy for a new pup earlier this year, tracked ok but now being declined, very odd as I can't find anything saying they don'e pay out on new policies if you already have insurances with them.

	The cashback tracked with value and everything, then all of a sudden two months later disappeared - submitted a claim, was first advised it was a system issue and would show in 5 days, it never did, basically the merchant was not going to pay according to topcashback , it was a significant cashback amount which neither party was willing to deal with - Very dissatisfied with the 'cashback' experience from MoreThan

	Cashback refused. I have been using Top C for many years and know all the rules. This is approx 3 times I have been refused cashback from insurers due to Top C not being linked as the last referral. I clear all cookies and definitely went direct to More Than with no discounts used and no other site used. So frustrating because sites should give the exact last referrer they have but Top C say they are unable to give this due to confidentially issues. I am sure users would prefer to know why they are being refused so they can feel more trust in using Top C. It seems like this confidentiality rule only benefits the providers as they can more easily refuse payment.

	Buyer beware- read all the low rated reviews to see what Morethan are up to...I was supposed to get £42 cashback for a car insurance policy. It tracked at the correct amount, then went to £0 which I was advised it would and I would need to wait several months to receive a payout to ensure my policy wasn't cancelled. After chasing TCB for over a year, Morethan declined my claim. After more chasing TCB agreed to pay half, but I actually received less- £20. This seems to be common practice for Morethan.

	Took out per insurance but cashback was never tracked and after almost 10 months my claim has been declined. Very disappointing.

	Two claims over a couple of Years - NO PAYOUTS. It seems that they offer plenty and supply nothing. I shan't be using them again as I could have had a cheaper deal elsewhere but was swayed by the cashback "Offer". Very disappointing.

	The insurance itself is good. the cashback however tracked back in August 2014 and it is still not payable. It has been sitting in confirmed now for almost 7 months. I have given up hope.

	Avoid, I was lured in by the £99.50 cashback incentive that never traced and after an appeal months later they said that they would not be paying as the payment couldn't be traced. I hope this puts as many customers off as possible as it has me who will never use this company for anything again

	Great insurance, but terrible cash back process I have been waiting 12 months now, the transaction was confirmed by TCB but I have just chased them and they won't give me an indication on the payment date as they don't have a direct link with the provider, yet they are advertising exclusive rates, will review again once I eventually get my payment.
