	Very poor in the time it takes to release cashback payment. It's been nearly 3 months and I now find the estimate is 9! I hope an insurance company doesn't treat a claim in the same un-timely manner. It doesn't fill me with confidence if they take this long to pay what is due.

	AVOID. Never paid out despite me following all the rules. Declined payment with no reason given, TopCashback couldnt give me a reason either. Whats the point in Topcashback even chasing it up when they never get anywhere?

	Bought pet insurance in April 2015. Cashback claim declined despite making all payments. Appealed to customer services who agreed claim met criteria but More Than still refused to pay cash back. Will never use them again, very disappointed as policy taken out on basis of Cashback offered.

	More th>n make it almost impossible to complete transaction for landlord insurance in one go and the decline cash back with a spurious excuse. Have lodged a claim but I don't believe the company want to pay out the high amounts if cash back they state - just using it to get business. Will be returning to a competitor next year who do pay.

	Took out pet insurance but months later £50 cashback was declined with generic refusal message despite meeting all conditions and policy being paid for each month. Asked Topcashback to appeal rejection but More Than would be of no further help. Be warned, this company is NOT to be trusted, suggest anyone taking out insurance to look elsewhere if they want cashback to be paid. I will never take out another policy with this company again - once bitten, twice shy!

	More th>n never paid out. I was expecting £115, nearly a year later and they won't tell me why. Do not recommend, will certainly never use again, it's just a con to get you to pay out a large sum for insurance! Not happy!!

	Not really worth even one star. Purchased pet insurance April 2015 with promise of £45 cash back which never appeared. Topcashback queried and now I've been told that the claim has been declined (9 months later) but no solid reason given as to why other than "it did not meet retailer's guidelines" whatever that means. Wouldn't bother again.

	Cashback tracled for 4 months and then suddenly declined. Have used the excuse that I did not complete my tranwscation through TopCashback but the only time I went on the website was threough TopCashback so beware of the tactics that they use. I am still trying to get £40.40 back which I should received and only went with these as the cashback meant that they were cheaper than their competitors

	Took out pet insurance policy and cashback tracked as expected. However, a few weeks later the value showed as 0.00. I contacted TCB who eventually got back to me saying the claim had been declined as TCB wasn't the last referrer, which is completely false. It seems far too easy for companies ( especially certain insurance companies ) to weasle out of paying cashback by coming up with spurious, unfounded reasons. BE WARNED IF YOU BUY INSURANCE FROM MORE TH>N EXPECTING TO GET CASHBACK!

	'Don't bother...bought policy in March submitted a claim in May as hadn't heard anything. Got a response from TCB in December claim declined...reason "Claim does not meet advertiser guidelines '' whatever that means !!!

	Hey, I am sorry to hear your transaction has been declined. This reason would suggest the terms and conditions of the cashback were not adhered to. It is important you check the terms and conditions of the cashback on the merchant page before purchasing. 	I waited 7 months only to be declined any cashback. I followed all the rules correctly and paid for my policy in full upfront, so they have no valid reason to decline it. I feel like I have been ripped off and will definitely not use this company ever again.

	Turned down my cashback for no reason whatsoever. Didn't track at all and took over 7 months to be told I didn't meet the terms and conditions even though they I've made seven monthly payments for the pet insurance. Won't be using top cashback again.
