	I wouldn't even give them 1 star if I could. Poor show on More Than's behalf. Lodged a claim for missing cash back, TCB had no luck they declined. Despite meeting the guidelines, clicking through and I've had the policy for a year now! Will not be using them again.

	My cashback was showing in my account for a couple of months, and then just dissappeared. Have lodged a claim, but I'm not very happy, as I should have received £50!

	Potentially good cashback offer - but offer did not track and I have been waiting since March for payout. Currently there isn't even recognition that it's tracked despite being submitted to More Than for verification. Highly unlikely I would use them again.

	Cashback tracked originally however declined several months later. When I lodge a missing claim the reply; I’m afraid that the merchant has taken the decision to decline your missing commission claim with the reason ''Claim does not meet advertiser guidelines'' we have queried this further for you and we have been informed that this reason merely means that you have not been eligible for the cashback on offer. No information in helping to clarify as to why this decision has been reached". Never had a claim declined before and I have been a topcashback customer for 4yrs.

	Top cashback have investigated for year and still have no reason that my cashback was declined. Just a list of'possible reasons' which are all a joke because none of them are relevant. Morethan fobbed top cashback off and they can't be bothered to investigate it properly so won't be using either of these jokers again.

	Beware, they did not honour my cashback. The reason given was "''Claim does not meet advertiser guidelines ''. But I was not renewing, did it all online and did not use any vouchers. They then took 8 months to let me know! I'll be using someone else when I have to renew.

	Bought pet insurance in Nov 2015, tracked fine, paid in full up front, then in March 2016 the merchant declined the cashback for no reason. Will not be using this retailer again.

	The main reason for taking out More Than insurance was for the cashback, but the cashback was declined, for no reason. I will certainly never take out insurance with More Than again. Not impressed.
