	Bought professional indemnity insurance through More Than in April 2015 expecting £65 cachback. It tracked initially then disappeared from my account. The wouldn't accept a missing cashback claim for 3 months, and now 7 months later I've heard nothing. I think I'll try AXA when this policy expires.

	What they don't tell you is that it takes 36 weeks to get the cashback! I bought my insurance from More Than in August and I've queried why the cutback is still showing as pending and I got told they take 36 week so I should get it by the end of April 2016. Absolutely ridiculous

	Took a long time to go to confirmed then payable, though this was stated from the outset. Really good amount of cashback from a limited offer!

	Tracked fine then appeared confirmed and sat there for about three months, but moved to payable exactly on the date that was originally forecast. Seven months in total so not fast but at least they paid out unlike many other insurance companies

	Cashback due £50.00 but paid out only £10. It took THREE years to reject my Cashback claim for the missing £40.00 with no explanation. Not that would ever use More Th>n again but if I did would they accept a fifth of the premium due? I think not. Untrustworthy and don't deserve any stars whatsoever.
