	absolute joke of a merchant. this is my 3rd year and I haven't received any cash back and neither do I expect to get it. TCB back support has been awe full too, I didn't get any support as expected, opened up support tickets and just get standard answers, but nothing helpful. Avoid this company at all times.

	Really slow - cash back status is confirmed, but still not payable 5 1/2 months after car insurance policy purchased. Not very happy :(

	Same situation as other recent reviews - purchased contents insurance with supposedly £40 cashback, tracked at £10.50 and then declined for no reason. Let's just hope that I won't have to use the contents insurance in the coming year - their claims process may be just as bad!

	Yet another merchant who doesn't fulfil its promises :-( Tracked quickly, but took 16 weeks to go to Confirmed (so already beyond quoted average PAYABLE timeframe), and still hadn't paid at 28 weeks. Fortunately, TCB intervened and I got my payment - so well done TCB, but shame on you, MoreThan (or, as another reviewer has called them "LessThan"). Another merchant to add to the (sadly) growing list of unreliable payers on TCB. I'll be giving these people a wide berth next time I'm shopping for insurance...

	Tracked very quickly within an hour but the amount tracked was £30.30 instead of the £40.40 stated as an exclusive offer.

	No cashback received on landlords insurance that I purchased in December 2013! Registered as 0.00 when first purchased so I made a claim and still waiting on anything positive - constantly nudging to no response and I'm certain that the insurance will have expired by time anything is resolved! Please sort it out topcashback... from the feedback this is happening time and time again. Perhaps the high rate of cashback should come with a disclaimer that it is not always guaranteed!?!

	£80 cashback tracked and confirmed within a few months but was declined over a year later. More than gave no explanation for this.

	Far too expensive a quote (nearly £400) to cover a retired couple with no accident claims, no motoring convictions, carrying forward over 10 years (at least) no claims bonus, doing less than 6000 miles a year.

	I purchased Home Insurance in June 2013 and am still waiting for the cashback to be confirmed and paid. A few months ago they declined the claim and said the policy had been cancelled but after contacting them they found it straight away but have still not paid out. I am extremely annoyed about this and would not purchase any other product from them because of it.

	Waiting almost a year for cashback, not moved from the initial stage. This is really poor, why have discounts on businesses that simply don't deliver what they claim.

	Took out pet insurance 27th March 2014. It initially tracked as 00.00, so I raised a cashback claim. I paid in full. Topcashback got in touch ith them, 2 weeks later it was showing correctly at £40, now today I have issued the request to withdraw the funds. All in all, a good result, cashback in less than a month ? Wel worth the minimal hassle. Better experience than M & S insurance. Amusingly, More Than are clearly not very good at keeping track of things. Over a week after I had already purchased insurance from them, I got a letter inviting me to insure my pets with them, dated after I had already taken out the policy !

	Been waiting for nearly one and a half years for the remainder of the £50 cashback I was due to. They paid £10 so cannot use the excuse that I hadn't cleared cookies etc. Just obviously decided that they don't want to keep to their side of the bargain. I firmly believe this to be misrepresentation and it completely discredits More Than and Topcashback don't seem interested. I would never touch More Than Insurance with a badge pole unless they agree to me paying one fifth of my next agreed insurance premium. I think not!!

	It was a good cashback amount but, even though it tracked quickly, it took more than 6 months and my having to raise a case for the cashback to be paid. This despite paying for the insurance policy in full when I took it out.

	Do not buy based on cashback. I've waited over a year to receive a cashback of £95, only to be told More Than can not trace purchase through Topcashback. I paid over the top for the pet insurance and never received cashback. VERY POOR
