	The cashback tracked quickly but has taken ages to pay out i paid for the insurance on the 18th June so it's been nearly 4 months now they are stating 26 weeks

	Great £70 cashback offered, but 26 weeks have gone by and still haven't received it, although has been confirmed. It would be nice if Topcashback automatically chase it as I am left wondering when I will ever receive it.

	I WAS DUE TO GET £70 CASHBACK FROM TOPCASHBACK FOR MY MORE THAN CAR INSURANCE PURCHASE. I SAW THE £70 FIGURE SITTING THERE ON MY TOPCASHBACK ACCOUNT FOR MONTHS, THEN ONE DAY... VANISHED. IT WAS REPLACED WITH A £0 EVEN THOUGH I HADN'T BEEN PAID. WHAT'S MORE IS THAT I CANNOT MAKE COMMUNICATION WITH TOPCASHBACK. I HAVE TRIED TWICE TO GET A 'TICKET' AND SENT THEM A MESSAGE DESCRIBING WHAT HAPPENED, BUT HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REPLY AT ALL. I AM EXTREMELY ANGRY! K. MARGEY

	well it seems from reading the views of others on here that I have had a similar experience to other in the fact that all was well with payment tracking for a few months then all of a sudden claim reduced to £0.00. Don't think more than are doing themselves any favours with this behaviour. Topcashback should really be warning their loyal members as this reflects negatively on them.

	Cashback CONFIRMED within 24h! Great Service! Had to cancel policy with another insurer just two days before going with more than as cashback from e wouldn't track with RSA . Luckily I have many days left until y policy expires but already very pleased with the quote from Morethan and with the cashback offer. Overall my premium, after cashback will be only £135 for Toyota Avensis. Recommended!

	Having not remembered which cash back web site I used, I placed a customer service request to both major site including Top Cash back. Having waited six months I was surprised to find out that MoreThan has refused to pay for the lead to ether of the web sites. I have today contacted MoreThan and cancelled my insurance with the and moved to an insurance company who will honer there business partners and their customer with the cash for finding them new business. No penalty for leaving so if you don't get your cashback vote with your feet. (NOTE. You will not be credited for a year of no claims, and you may need to check if you have made a claim already. Check alternative quotes first)

	Please be aware, that going through top cashback increased my quoted premium by £80, in comparison to going direct. (i.e. by more than the cashback amount).

	Never received £70 cashback, lodged a claim but couldn't get anywhere as it was over 100 days. Wouldn't recommend at all. TCB didn't really pull a finger out on this either.

	Bought this insurance due to cashback making it slightly cheaper than its competitors but after several months realised I was swindled as only tracked at £0. AVOID!

	Quickly tracked and is showing as £42 which will become payable in 26 weeks. The policy was the cheapest anyway on comparison websites, so if it becomes payable will be a nice Christmas bonus. As with any insurance provider I can't comment on the service, you only find out how good they are when you need to claim, should the worst happen.

	Well after a couple of nudges and not expecting anything at one point, after 7 months I've just been paid £65 cashback from pet insurance. Confident that I'll get the £70 due from car insurance now as well! Be patient folks and no harm in giving TCB a nudge to help things move!

	Nearly a year on and still no cash back. Only went through MoreThan car insurance because with cash back it would be cheaper then my lowest quote. Will not be using MoreThan again.

	I have no issues with the insurance (haven't had to claim though) and the cashback was a great reason to sign up - but 26 weeks for the average claim!!! They have 5 months?? surly Top Cash back could negotiate a better/standard time delay. I've order with other companies and get the cashback in days... time for Morethan to step up!

	PURCHASED CAR INSURANCE VIA TCB IN MARCH DIDNT TRACK SO LODGED CASHBACK CLAIM AFTER 2 WEEKS,HOWEVER STILL HASNT TRACKED TO DATE .CLAIM FOR £70.70P PUT ON ICE UNTIL 1/6/13, ONLY USED MORE THAN DUE TO PROMISED CASHBACK, BE VERY WARY OF USING MORE THAN INSURANCE, HOPEFULLY TOP CASH BACK WILL SORT AFTER 1/6/13 !!!!!!!!!!!
