	Simply disgraceful - 6 months, no cashback. I will not be renewing with them - if they can't pay out undisputed cashback, I can't imagine how they would handle a claim!

	If MoreThan are in reality behaving as "Rather Less Than", why do TopCashBack still persist in partnering with them? With SO many negative experiences recorded, surely it's time to say 'bye bye' to them.

	AVOID!!!! 'More Than' DO NOT PAY OUT!! Do not get sucked in to the offer of lots of cashback. I have been waiting over 9 months for £40 cashback. You will be wasting your time. Don't get much response from TCB either. TCB, don't seem that bothered about the problem. At least 'More Than' do get something right... They will end up costing you More Than other companies. Will not use again.

	ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH...AVOID MORETH>N AT ALL COSTS!!!!...I bought joint home insurance in June 2010 due to £80 cashback offering...which did not track and still has not materialised. Like a lot of other fellow cashbackers who have purchased from MoreTh>n, the purchase did not even track. After raising a cashback enquiry with TCB and numerous nudges I still have not seen a penny of the cashback that is due to me. Worse still, there were other similar home insurancers that I could have bought from who did not offer any cashback but would have been cheaper than this MoreTh>n rubbish...DON'T GET YOUR WALLET BURNT LIKE I HAVE, pick a different Insurer...you'll be better off in the long run.

	Took out the policy in July 10. Took months to go from pending to confirmed but has now become payable so a total of 6 months wait be for £80 but it was worth it. I didn't see the point in chasing I just kept checking in every now and again to see what was happening. Just be patient it will come eventually. Overall I'm def not complaining.

	I have been waiting over 6 months for my cashback, I have submitted a manual claim as my transaction did not track, and after numerous nudges I am no closer to receiving the advertised cashback. I would certainly not recommend this merchant for cashback.

	Hopeless. Purchased in July 2009 expecting £80 cashback. Didn't track for about 8 months. Then it did track (through many conversations with TCB, though at £10 discount!), and I'd been waiting for payment for almost a year. 2 days ago it went through to payment at "£0.00". Will never use again and think will switch to Quidco for the larger cashback as that seems more reliable to me (it went through fine for the July 2010 purchase. I think More Than were just hoping I'd forget about it 18 months later. Have since also realised how terrible More Than are in terms of adhering to their terms...

	Ordered in April 2010 - should have received £55 cashback. Failed to track; query submitted to TCP; TCP chased More Than and still awaiting a response. BEWARE! Will not be renewing any policies with this company.

	Purchased a Home content policy from More than on 1st April 2010 (should have known it wouldn't go well :-)) Whilst the cash back tracked it has not been made payable - we are now 10 months on and it is still "waiting for retailer" in the TCB enquiries page - avoid them like the plague if you want your cashback!

	Terrible! Have been waiting since 20th August 2010 (it’s now the 8th February 2011) for £70 cashback and still nothing. I only took my policies out with them as the cashback made them the cheaper alternative. Factoring in the length I've had to wait I would never have opted for More Than, and once my policy expires I won't be using Top Cashback to search for new insurers or using More Than, I can't see it's worth the hassle. Think Top Cashback should take more of a stand with companies like More Than as based on the other comments I'm not the only one being conned into taking out policies based on nonexistent cashback. Not happy!!!!

	It has been over 4 months and still have not received cashback of £50.00. Although it did track straight away. Only use Morethan insurance if it is the cheapest quote and do not rely on the cashback to make it cheaper.

	I purchased car insurance from More Than last July. The £80 cashback did not track and I had to put in a manual claim in September. My query is still oustanding and shows as 'waiting for retailer'. No matter how good their quote may be, I won't be renewing my insurance with them.

	I have read all the comments below, I made the mistake of getting the insurance, today I cancelled it, there is no way Ill be taking out pet insurance with more than because of the time they keep people waiting for the cashback? NOT WORTH IT!!! you can cancel within 7 days, anything after that they will charge you... cancel with morethan NOW before its to late!!!

	More Than as a company seens good, regarding cashback they take forever to pay out have used them before and last time took 8 months before being paid.
