	Like many others on this site, I've had a poor experience with Moreth>n (less than??). They are far, far too slow to pay up. I bought my car insurance in mid-June, no sign of cashback by mid-December. 5 months+ to pay up is simply not good enough - others do it better, faster!

	Purchased home insurance from More Than in June as with the cashback seemed a better deal than previous insurer... Wrong! It would have done had the cashback ever been received but 6 months later and numerous messages and nudges and nothing happening! I don't know why topcashback still use this merchant as I certainly will not when my insurance is due up again in 2011.

	My cashback finally came through, and it has taken over a year to get it, (took out my policy 29.09.2009). AVOID MoreThan, also a big thank you for TCB for finally getting it sorted.

	1 year on and cashback hasn't even been confirmed yet. i've made claim for missing cashback but nothing. avoid!

	BEWARE!!!!!! Purchased joint Home and Contents policy back in June 2010 to take advantage of £80 cashback which should have been paid by September 2010. However, as this cashback had not been tracked I had submitted an enquiry (months agao) to which I still have not received any feedback from TopCashBack. VERY DISAPPOINTED and would NOT purchase from More Th>n again!!!

	I took out my life insurance in april.Cashback tracked. I was due payment on31st october, 2weeks prior this changed to 30th november. The 23rd November it became confirmed. The 3oth came and went ....Im still waiting..I'll keep you posted. :(

	this is the second time ive used more than last year didnt recieve cashback for breakdown cover inquiry to so long i gave up,used again in june still waiting for cashback 5 months later an once again breakdown cashback missing.only used them because it was the best deal for the insurance and cashback dont think ill bother again.

	I have written to More Than and complained to them direct. No responsibility taken by them. They blame Cashback I have written to Cashback, they blame More Than for not tracking / confirming order. My advise DO NOT USE THIS RETAILER!! I am owed £120 in total and the only reason I took out More Than Insurance was because with this cash back they seemed the best deal at the time. WRONG !!!

	Has tracked quickly, but takes about 3 months to validate. Really good value pet insurance before the cashback, so once it comes through it will make it super cheap.

	I will never use More Than Insurance again, I bought Pet & Home insurance and should have received £40 & £80 cashback respectively. That was in June 2010. Have received nothing, the retailer has not confirmed my transactions and I am suprised that they are still allowed on the Cashback site as a retailer. Typical Insurance company, reeling you in with lots of promises and then not paying out!

	I took out two policies in April, the correct total of £145.00 cashback is now payable. Excellent service and excellent rate of cashback recieved.

	Bought Pet Insurance back in April, took an age to track and then confirm. Would be nice to think that I would have the £40 by Christmas after initially saying payment date would be 3oth Sep but not holding my breath. Wont bother wth them again, go with another company that does actually pay the CB out on time, not too happy.
