	I also see from reading through the comment that a lot of people from 2009 are still waiting for their cash back. TCB should either suspend this company or honour its payment. Just like them mine tracked fine and then went from payable to 00.00 for no reason, dozens or emails and phone calls later I still havent been paid out. More than should not be allowed to trade on here until it has been sorted out.

	I bought insurance with this company 27.09.2009 and as yet have still to be paid out. Morethan say it is TCB and TCB say it is Morethan. I guess I shall just have to head to the small claims court to get my money. Will not be using them again!

	Bought car insurance X 2 & 1 house insurance in Jan 2010 8 months later still has not tracked or paid out, put manual claim in, nothing has happened to date, still waiting, one of the manual claims has been put in twice, I followed to the letter the procedure for this company for cashback, extremely poor service!!!!.

	This is a great offer and their Insurance compares well to other sites, therefore it is a good option. However, I have still not received the cashback after waiting from the 19th July. So a long wait but I am sure it is worth it.

	I bought my car insurance in Oct 2009, and it took until June 2010 to receive it. In fairness, I received the full £75 - but it was a long wait and a couple of emails to Topcashback! Not overly impressed with MoreThan's customer service, I had to call them to change address and it was a bit of a performance.

	1st time I've had something not track at all, despite following the instructions to the letter. Now have to wait 3 months before the manual claim is looked at.

	I took out buildings and contents insurance in March and am still waiting for cashback to show, let alone be confirmed or paid. Status has been 'waiting for retailer' for months and TCB advise that it can still take time. Very frustrating.

	Using the Premium Travel Insurance, i managed to get (the equivalent of) 2/3s off the price. Bargain. And i managed to get an excess waiver with that. Also a very good range of cover. I can absolutely recommended this insurance. Tracked very quickly (got to like that) and albeit i'm traveling in a month or so but the pay off date is a little in the future. Hopefully i wont have to need my insurance but it'll be nice to see the payment come through once all i've got is memories of the trip.

	This company never tracks properly although one did last year, but I still had to put in a manual claim & wait 7-8 months for payment but I did get it, the 3 months given is totally wrong & should be changed on the site, I have some house Insurance bought in Early Jan 2010, it still has not tracked & the manual claim has not moved despite enquiries, if other sites track stright away & pay quite quickly then why can't MoreThan?? :-(
