	Finally, after sending nudges every week for months and months and months, I have received my cashback from August 2009 - not bad it's only taken 11 months!! It has been a long long wait but I got there in the end. Keep perservering - you will get yours in the end too........................ Will be steering well clear from More Th>n from now on though !!

	been 9 months now, cashback finally showed up, although went straight to payable as £0.00, messaged topcash back, if it does show up i'll post here to say it does, but i doubt it, will not be renewing any kind of policy with them, more than were a couple of £'s more than the cheapest and I thought with the cashback it would be cheaper, I know you shouldn't do that but at the end of the day thats why the put up these cashback amounts so you pick them over others for what its worth, ecarinsurance paid up no troubles when I used them

	I purchased car insurance in July 09 and expected to get £68 cashback. Well ONE YEAR later and NOTHING!!! I've just got my renewal from Morethan but don't think I'll be giving them the satisfaction of keeping my custom. Everyone knows about having to clear cookies etc so don't understand how some people don't get their money!!

	I purchased a Motor ins. policy in February 2008 and inspite of efforts by Topcashback it never tracked! I cancelled the policy a year later.

	I purchsed a pet ins. policy with £40 cashback and then out of curiosity went directly to Morethan's website and applied again and found the policy was £30 cheaper which means the net saving is only £10 overall, needless to say I cancelled the policy because I would have been out of pocket had it not tracked and secondly I hate being misled like this. I reported this 'anomally' to Topcashback and they said they would look into this but Morethan is still offering these large cash back amounts and I am not sure how genuine they are!

	Takes 5 months (plus to end of month) for merchant to confirm cash back. Second transaction didn't track, had to submit an untracked claim, but won't know result for another 5 months :(
